【摘要】：文章對云環(huán)境下影響組織間知識共享的因素進行了綜合分析,創(chuàng)新性地提出了組織云能力的概念,認為組織云能力是主要由云技術應用能力和云思維能力組成的組織應用云計算技術和服務的能力,知識共享雙方的綜合云能力是影響云環(huán)境下組織間知識共享的主要因素之一。在此基礎之上用系統(tǒng)動力學方法研究跨組織知識共享的動態(tài)行為和因果關系,并利用Vensim PLE軟件進行了仿真分析,結果表明該模型能夠描述云環(huán)境下跨組織知識共享行為的演化過程,可為設計改進組織間知識轉移行為的機制提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the knowledge sharing among organizations in the cloud environment , and brings forward the concept of organization cloud ability . It is considered that organization cloud ability is one of the main factors influencing knowledge sharing among organizations under cloud environment .
