基于單片機socket通信技術(shù)的溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:本文在國家提倡大力發(fā)展物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)的背景下,對環(huán)境監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域終端設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化數(shù)據(jù)傳輸進行了研究。在分析了當前網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)與終端設(shè)備核心控制技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了通過硬協(xié)議棧連接技術(shù)實現(xiàn)終端控制核心(單片機)與中央監(jiān)控中心(主控計算機)的可視化數(shù)據(jù)傳輸與控制的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。該系統(tǒng)可以把多個遠端設(shè)備的溫度監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)通過計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行socket傳輸,在主控計算機的操作界面上可以選擇并觀測任一終端的數(shù)據(jù)信息,并能對其進行簡單指令控制。 文中以溫度監(jiān)控為例介紹了以單片機為核心實現(xiàn)遠端設(shè)備的環(huán)境溫度測量、以硬協(xié)議棧芯片為基礎(chǔ)實現(xiàn)單片機(MCU)數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸及用C#語言編程實現(xiàn)主控計算機的界面操作,最終設(shè)計完成一個多對一的智能設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò)化數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用模塊化設(shè)計,軟、硬件移植相對簡單,并且利用了現(xiàn)有的成熟的計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟、硬件設(shè)施,開發(fā)周期較短,可以廣泛的應(yīng)用在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)及工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,避免了傳統(tǒng)工控組網(wǎng)建設(shè)的高成本、標準繁多、兼容性及可靠性差等缺點。 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計時采用了不含操作系統(tǒng)的低端單片機,,價位與當前廣泛應(yīng)用的經(jīng)濟型智能終端的核心控制器保持一致;采用了價格低廉的硬協(xié)議棧芯片來實現(xiàn)遠端數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸,免除了遠端控制器對網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議的復(fù)雜操作,保證了系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟性與廣泛適應(yīng)性。整個系統(tǒng)完成了實際的電路制作與界面仿真,運行結(jié)果良好,符合論文題目要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the networked data transmission of terminal equipment in the field of environmental monitoring and control is studied under the background of promoting the construction of Internet of things. Based on the analysis of the current network communication technology and terminal equipment core control technology, This paper presents a system design scheme to realize the visual data transmission and control between the terminal control core (single chip microcomputer) and the central monitoring center (main computer) through the hard protocol stack connection technology. The system can transmit the temperature monitoring data of many remote devices through the computer network for socket transmission. The data information of any terminal can be selected and observed on the operating interface of the main control computer and can be controlled by simple instructions. Taking temperature monitoring as an example, this paper introduces how to realize the environmental temperature measurement of remote equipment with single chip microcomputer as the core, how to realize the network transmission of MCU MCU data on the basis of hard protocol stack chip, and how to realize the interface operation of main control computer by C # programming. Finally, a multi-to-one intelligent device networked data transmission system is designed. The system adopts modular design, software and hardware transplantation is relatively simple, and the existing mature computer network software, hardware facilities, the development cycle is short, can be widely used in the field of Internet of things construction and industrial control, It avoids the disadvantages of high cost, high standard, poor compatibility and reliability of traditional industrial control network construction. In the design of the system, the low end MCU without operating system is used, the price is consistent with the core controller of the economical intelligent terminal, and the low price hard protocol stack chip is used to realize the network transmission of remote data. The remote controller eliminates the complex operation of the network protocol and ensures the economy and wide adaptability of the system. The whole system has completed the actual circuit making and interface simulation, and the running results are good, which meet the requirements of the thesis.
