【摘要】：隨著科技的快速發(fā)展,高清圖像需要高速、大容量的圖像存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)無(wú)損地存儲(chǔ)。使用傳統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)硬盤存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),其使用壽命、安全性和存儲(chǔ)效率都不高；而隨著近幾年半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展使得FLASH存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)以其存儲(chǔ)容量大、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、易保存、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。 本課題研究并設(shè)計(jì)了由FLASH作為存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì),基于FPGA的高清圖像無(wú)損存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備。文中簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了一種基于FPGA的高清圖像無(wú)損存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的技術(shù)方案；重點(diǎn)完成了FPGA接口控制邏輯設(shè)計(jì)；實(shí)現(xiàn)了NAND FLASH的讀操作、寫操作和擦除操作；設(shè)計(jì)中針對(duì)高速圖像數(shù)據(jù)流使用了多級(jí)流水和并行處理技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, high-definition images need high-speed, large-capacity image storage devices in real-time lossless storage.Using traditional dynamic hard disk to store data, its service life, security and storage efficiency are not high, but with the rapid development of semiconductor technology in recent years, FLASH storage medium with its large storage capacity, strong anti-interference ability, easy to save,The advantages of long life are widely used in various fields.In this paper, a high-definition image lossless storage device based on FLASH and FPGA is studied and designed.This paper briefly introduces the application field of this technology and the development situation at home and abroad, puts forward a technical scheme of high-definition image lossless storage device based on FPGA, completes the logic design of FPGA interface control, realizes the read operation of NAND FLASH,Write operation and erasure operation; multilevel income and parallel processing technology are used in the design for high speed image data flow.
