基于嵌入式技術的車輛管理信息交互平臺研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經濟快速增長,汽車保有量不斷增加,汽車種類和數(shù)量不斷增多,交通管理壓力日趨繁重,車輛監(jiān)管日益繁瑣,常因交管部門執(zhí)法檢查技術手段及措施的不完善,給已經嚴重堵塞的交通雪上加霜,而頻發(fā)的汽車盜竊、逃稅等現(xiàn)象給人民群眾造成嚴重危害,也為我國的稅費收入帶來極大的損失。如何更好地解決這些實際問題,快速、準確、及時獲取車輛信息實現(xiàn)科學管理,已成為交管部門急需解決的問題。因此及時獲得運動車輛信息甚至定位信息,對于提高車輛繳費收費的運行效率、保障行車安全、打擊偷稅漏稅、追捕逃犯等有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 從以上現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),本文利用嵌入式技術、無線網絡通信技術和GPS定位技術設計了一套車輛信息的綜合管理平臺,提出了基于車載平臺車輛管理信息更新、顯示、遠端平臺信息采集等功能的交互系統(tǒng)設計思想,實現(xiàn)了車輛在特定區(qū)域內定位信息采集,通過無線網絡,實現(xiàn)對多個運動車輛實時、快速地車輛信息執(zhí)法查詢。 車輛信息管理系統(tǒng)主要包括:車輛本身信息查詢(如車牌號、發(fā)動機號等)、車輛定位信息(車輛當前地理位置)、車輛管理信息(如是否年檢、是否繳納交強險,汽車尾氣排放國標檢測是否達標)等。交管部門可將車輛的這些最新信息在無線網絡有效的范圍內發(fā)送到每輛車的車載平臺上進行顯示,同時也可通過該網絡對每輛車的信息進行快速查詢。實現(xiàn)對合格車輛及時放行,快速過濾不合格車輛并及時攔截處理。 系統(tǒng)主要包括:車載平臺、上位機PC控制平臺(便攜式手持控制平臺)、無線通信。 車載平臺采用嵌入式技術實現(xiàn)GPS信息采集、保存、顯示;解析上位機PC控制平臺命令;實現(xiàn)相應命令的數(shù)據返回、信息顯示、內容更新;與上位機PC控制平臺進行數(shù)據交互。 上位機PC控制平臺采用QT實現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)界面設計和通信,實現(xiàn)操作命令發(fā)送、車載信息的讀取、車載信息顯示、發(fā)送修改指令、與車載平臺信息交互。便攜式手持控制平臺實現(xiàn)與上位機控制平臺同樣功能,方便交管部門執(zhí)法操作。 無線通信是系統(tǒng)信息傳遞的載體,是實現(xiàn)信息交互的重要組成部分,自定義了系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議。 系統(tǒng)采用嵌入式技術對車載部分進行詳細設計,實現(xiàn)實時顯示定位信息、接收和解析控制命令,及時做出信息反饋、更新;實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)無線通信協(xié)議編寫,上位的控制系統(tǒng)界面設計,車輛信息和實時地圖顯示;手持設備采用和車載平臺同樣硬件設備和軟件環(huán)境,為進一步深入研究設計打下基礎。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the number of vehicles is increasing, the types and quantity of vehicles are increasing, the pressure of traffic management is becoming more and more heavy, the supervision of vehicles is becoming more and more complicated, and the technical means and measures of law enforcement and inspection of traffic control departments are not perfect.The traffic has been seriously blocked, and the frequent car theft, tax evasion and other phenomena have caused serious harm to the people, and also brought great loss to the tax revenue of our country.How to better solve these practical problems and how to obtain vehicle information quickly, accurately and timely to achieve scientific management has become an urgent problem for traffic management departments.So it is of great practical significance to obtain the information of sports vehicles and even the location information in time to improve the efficiency of vehicle fees and charges, to ensure the safety of driving, to crack down on tax evasion, and to hunt down fugitives.Based on the above situation, this paper designs a vehicle information integrated management platform based on embedded technology, wireless network communication technology and GPS positioning technology, and proposes a vehicle management information update based on vehicle platform.The design idea of interactive system of remote platform information collection and other functions realizes the vehicle location information collection in a specific area. Through the wireless network, it realizes the real-time and fast vehicle information enforcement inquiry for a number of moving vehicles.Vehicle information management system mainly includes: vehicle information query (such as license plate number, engine number, etc.), vehicle location information (vehicle current geographical location, vehicle management information (such as annual inspection, whether to pay traffic insurance, etc.),Automobile exhaust emission national standard detection is up to standard) etc.The traffic control department can send the latest information of the vehicle to the on-board platform of each vehicle within the effective range of the wireless network, and can also query the information of each vehicle quickly through the network.Achieve timely release of qualified vehicles, fast filtering of unqualified vehicles and timely interception and processing.The system mainly includes: vehicle platform, PC control platform (portable handheld control platform, wireless communication).The vehicle platform uses embedded technology to realize GPS information collection, storage, display; parse PC control platform command; to achieve the corresponding command data return, information display, content update; and PC control platform for data interaction.The PC control platform uses QT to realize the interface design and communication of the control system, to realize the sending of operation command, the reading of on-board information, the display of on-board information, the sending of modification instruction, and the interaction with the information of on-board platform.The portable handheld control platform realizes the same function as the upper computer control platform, which is convenient for traffic control department to enforce the law.Wireless communication is the carrier of system information transmission and an important part of information exchange.The system uses embedded technology to carry on the detailed design to the vehicle part, realizes the real-time display localization information, receives and analyzes the control command, timely makes the information feedback, updates, realizes the system wireless communication protocol compilation,The upper control system interface design, vehicle information and real-time map display, and the handheld devices use the same hardware and software environment as the on-board platform, which lays the foundation for further research and design.
