【摘要】：超級計算是衡量一個國家科技實力和綜合競爭力的具有戰(zhàn)略意義的重要標(biāo)志,對超級計算發(fā)展水平的綜合評價對于準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識超級計算發(fā)展趨勢和特點有重要意義。超級計算分中心作為我國超級計算環(huán)境的中間層次,在超級計算的整體發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文選取2012-2015年時序立體數(shù)據(jù),以8個分中心為評價對象,對分中心相比于基期的發(fā)展進(jìn)步水平進(jìn)行評價。文章在評價時以各分中心2011年指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)為相應(yīng)基期值,計算分中心各指標(biāo)的相對發(fā)展速度,并利用組合賦權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,建立了分中心發(fā)展進(jìn)步指數(shù),利用二次加權(quán)法對不同時間點發(fā)展進(jìn)步指數(shù)進(jìn)行綜合,得到分中心超級計算動態(tài)評價值。通過對發(fā)展進(jìn)步指數(shù)橫向、縱向分析以及對動態(tài)評價值的比較,得出各分中心超級計算整體發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Supercomputing is an important symbol of strategic significance to measure a country's scientific and technological strength and comprehensive competitiveness. The comprehensive evaluation of the development level of supercomputing is of great significance to accurately understand the development trend and characteristics of supercomputing.As the middle level of the supercomputing environment in China, the supercomputing sub-center plays an important role in the overall development of supercomputing.This paper selects the time series stereoscopic data of 2012-2015 and takes 8 sub-centers as the evaluation objects to evaluate the development and progress of the sub-centers compared with the base period.In this paper, the relative development speed of each index is calculated with the index data of 2011 as the corresponding base value, and the index weight is determined by the method of combined weight, and the index of development and progress of the sub-center is established.The quadratic weighting method is used to synthesize the index of development and progress at different time points, and the dynamic evaluation value of the sub-center supercomputing is obtained.Based on the horizontal, vertical analysis and dynamic evaluation of the index of development progress, the overall development level of each sub-center supercomputing is obtained.
