【摘要】:本論文的研究目的是為了給消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品基于ODM的研發(fā)提供充分的理論支持,以提升研發(fā)的速度和品質(zhì),降低成本,以及提高快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的能力,促進(jìn)電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)生態(tài)鏈健康穩(wěn)定可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文的研究對(duì)象是消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品的ODM管理。主要以跨國(guó)企業(yè)M集團(tuán)D公司的平板電腦ODM管理為例,分析消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品生命周期管理(PLM)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)研究給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。 本論文的主要研究方法有實(shí)證分析法、對(duì)比分析法以及產(chǎn)品模式畫布分析法。本論文針對(duì)ODM的演進(jìn)做出了深入的調(diào)查研究,細(xì)致地闡述了ODM在電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和取得的相關(guān)研究成果。研究基于ODM管理的消費(fèi)類電子新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、跨公司合作、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程的設(shè)計(jì)以及優(yōu)化。以事實(shí)案例為研究基礎(chǔ),分析消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品企業(yè)在ODM管理的實(shí)施運(yùn)作過(guò)程中如何提高產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、縮減開(kāi)發(fā)成本以及控制交付期。 通過(guò)研究得知,ODM的實(shí)施是消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品制造商發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),也是市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)的必然結(jié)果。ODM的運(yùn)作和發(fā)展會(huì)極大地促進(jìn)電子產(chǎn)品制造商產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的效率,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)拓能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to provide sufficient theoretical support for the research and development of consumer electronic products based on ODM, in order to improve the speed and quality of research and development, reduce the cost, and improve the ability to quickly respond to the market. To promote the electronics industry ecological chain healthy, stable and sustainable development. The research object of this thesis is the ODM management of consumer electronic products. Taking the management of tablet computer of M Group D Company as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of product lifecycle management of consumer electronic products. The corresponding solutions are given through the research. The main research methods of this thesis are empirical analysis, comparative analysis and product pattern canvas analysis. The development status and related research results of ODM in electronic products industry are elaborated in detail. The development and design, team building, cross-company cooperation of new consumer electronics products based on ODM management are studied. The design and optimization of product development process. Based on the case study, this paper analyzes how to improve the product quality, reduce the development cost and control the delivery period in the implementation of ODM management in consumer electronics enterprises. Through the research, we know that the implementation of ODM is the inevitable trend of consumer electronics manufacturers' development, and it is also the inevitable result of market drive. The operation and development of ODM will greatly promote the efficiency of electronic product manufacturers' product research and development. And then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to open up the market.
