【摘要】：面對變幻莫測的市場，對企業(yè)快速響應能力的要求越來越高，而交通管理涉及面廣，涉及部門眾多，需要一個平臺來加快信息的交換和共享。OSB是一種較為成熟的企業(yè)服務總線，能夠提供這樣的平臺，更好的實現(xiàn)面向服務的架構理念。 根據(jù)道路運輸管理工作規(guī)范，OSB在交通行業(yè)中的嵌入應用即時對現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)進行升級改造，實現(xiàn)各省對班線客運業(yè)務、旅游客運業(yè)務、營運線路業(yè)務、普通貨物業(yè)務、危險品貨運業(yè)務、機動車駕駛員培訓等核心業(yè)務的許可及日常管理的規(guī)范和統(tǒng)一，建設一個統(tǒng)一的運政管理信息系統(tǒng)、運政執(zhí)法信息系統(tǒng)和質(zhì)量信譽考核系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)運政管理業(yè)務跨區(qū)域協(xié)同辦理，滿足跨區(qū)域執(zhí)法業(yè)務的要求。 本文首先介紹了Oracle服務總線的發(fā)展歷程和特點，以及與該技術相關的概念綜述，然后闡述了交通行業(yè)中現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務概況和存在問題，，通過對該問題的根源分析，引入了服務總線技術在交通行業(yè)中的應用。本文還列舉了Oracle服務總線在其他行業(yè)中應用的成功實例和典型場景，引出了交通行業(yè)對服務總線技術的需求分析。最后通過模擬交通行業(yè)中相關業(yè)務流程以及應用場景，搭建了負責數(shù)據(jù)交換與共享的模擬平臺，并運行驗證了可行性。
[Abstract]:In the face of the unpredictable market, the demand for rapid response ability of enterprises is more and more high, and traffic management involves a wide range of departments, so it needs a platform to speed up the exchange and sharing of information. OSB is a more mature enterprise service bus. To provide such a platform, a better implementation of the concept of service-oriented architecture. According to the embedded application of OSB in the traffic industry, the existing system is upgraded and transformed in real time, so as to realize the service of passenger transport on the line of each province, the business of tourist passenger transport, the business of operating line, the business of common goods, To standardize and unify the licensing and daily management of the core business, such as dangerous goods freight business, motor vehicle driver training, etc., to build a unified transportation management information system, a transportation administration law enforcement information system and a quality credit assessment system, To achieve cross-regional coordination of transport management business, to meet the requirements of cross-regional law enforcement business. This paper first introduces the development course and characteristics of Oracle service bus, and summarizes the concepts related to this technology, then expounds the business situation and existing problems of the existing system in the transportation industry, and analyzes the root causes of the problem. The application of service bus technology in transportation industry is introduced. The successful examples and typical scenarios of the application of Oracle service bus in other industries are also listed in this paper. Finally, the simulation platform responsible for data exchange and sharing is set up by simulating the related business processes and application scenarios in the transportation industry, and the feasibility of the simulation platform is verified.
