云制造平臺(tái)下基于蝙蝠算法的供需調(diào)度時(shí)間優(yōu)化

【摘要】:云制造平臺(tái)為供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建提供了多種選擇,為了解決云制造平臺(tái)下,供應(yīng)鏈調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)量大,更新頻繁的問(wèn)題,對(duì)蝙蝠算法重新編碼及解碼,應(yīng)用改進(jìn)蝙蝠算法對(duì)初始種群的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行限定,解決批任務(wù)調(diào)度問(wèn)題,減少無(wú)效搜索,縮短找到合適任務(wù)分派策略的時(shí)間,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比,證明了改進(jìn)蝙蝠算法在云制造供應(yīng)鏈調(diào)度中的有效性,避免了資源超載和資源閑置的現(xiàn)象,并使任務(wù)總完成時(shí)間最短,推動(dòng)云制造在供應(yīng)鏈方面的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Cloud manufacturing platform provides a variety of options for the construction of supply chain. In order to solve the problem of large amount of scheduling data and frequent updating of supply chain under cloud manufacturing platform, the bat algorithm is recoded and decoded. The improved bat algorithm is used to limit the initial population, solve the batch task scheduling problem, reduce the invalid search, shorten the time to find the appropriate task assignment strategy, and compare with the experiment. It is proved that the improved bat algorithm is effective in cloud manufacturing supply chain scheduling, avoids the phenomenon of resource overload and idle resources, and makes the total task completion time shortest, and promotes the application of cloud manufacturing in supply chain.
