【摘要】：為了解決雷達(dá)數(shù)字波束形成系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了基于FPGA的FLASH控制器。通過(guò)有限狀態(tài)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)FLASH的讀寫(xiě)控制,在modelsim中對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,并通過(guò)硬件測(cè)試證明了設(shè)計(jì)的正確性和可靠性。該方法充分利用了FPGA設(shè)計(jì)靈活、FLASH存儲(chǔ)讀寫(xiě)速度快的優(yōu)勢(shì),具有成本低廉,兼容性強(qiáng),易于工程實(shí)現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of radar digital beamforming to store data in the system, this paper introduces the design of FLASH controller based on FPGA control. Written by the finite state machine to achieve the FLASH read, in Modelsim for the simulation design, and through hardware testing proves the correctness and reliability of the design. The method makes full use of FPGA flexible design, FLASH memory read and write speed advantage, has the advantages of low cost, strong compatibility, it is easy to realize.
