基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的指紋識別算法的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的飛速發(fā)展,對個人身份識別的需求無處不在,并且與日俱增。傳統(tǒng)的身份識別方法的局限性和弊端表現(xiàn)得越來越明顯。悄然興起的生物特征識別技術(shù),可以從本質(zhì)上解決傳統(tǒng)了身份識別技術(shù)的不足,因此正逐漸被認(rèn)可。指紋識別技術(shù)發(fā)展至今已經(jīng)成為生物特征識別應(yīng)用最為可靠,方便的一種類型。傳統(tǒng)的基于PC機(jī)的指紋識別系統(tǒng)存在著體積大,不易攜帶,實(shí)時性差等特點(diǎn)。這些使得基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的指紋識別系統(tǒng)成為正在研究的熱點(diǎn)。隨著移動通信蓬勃發(fā)展和便攜式設(shè)備的推陳出新,,指紋識別技術(shù)在今后將被更多的應(yīng)用于便攜式設(shè)備。在這一背景下,基于嵌入式的指紋識別技術(shù)的研究無論對于讓指紋識別從依賴于PC機(jī)向脫機(jī)使用發(fā)展以提高系統(tǒng)靈活性,實(shí)用性,性價比,還是對于拓展嵌入式系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,都具有重大意義。 本文中,首先對指紋識別技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用和市場概況做了研究。討論了一系列嵌入式指紋開發(fā)涉及到的技術(shù)問題,給出了嵌入式系統(tǒng)一般開發(fā)步驟。對于指紋采集儀設(shè)備理論和參數(shù)等做了研究,并對幾種類型的指紋采集儀做了對比。然后,對基于ARM嵌入式的指紋識別系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。從系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件兩個方面對嵌入式指紋識別系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,分析了設(shè)計開發(fā)過程中可能遇到的問題,給出了硬件設(shè)計框圖及設(shè)計思路,并對軟件算法流程作了分析。最后,著重研究了適用于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的指紋識別算法。提出了一種改進(jìn)的指紋圖像分割方法;對基于Gabor濾波器的指紋圖像增強(qiáng)算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);提出了改進(jìn)的細(xì)化方法對指紋圖像進(jìn)行細(xì)化處理。通過針對指紋識別系統(tǒng)算法流程中的每一步驟分析,對現(xiàn)有的一些算法進(jìn)行簡化和創(chuàng)新,提出自己的改進(jìn)算法,最后得出一整套適合于基于ARM的嵌入式系統(tǒng)上運(yùn)行指紋識別算法。并將所有算法在PC機(jī)上編程實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, the need for personal identification is everywhere. The limitations and drawbacks of traditional identification methods are becoming more and more obvious. The emerging biometric identification technology can solve the shortcomings of traditional identity recognition technology in essence. Fingerprint identification technology has become the most reliable and convenient type of biometrics application. Traditional PC-based fingerprint identification system has a large volume. These characteristics make the fingerprint identification system based on embedded system become a hot topic. With the rapid development of mobile communication and the innovation of portable devices. Fingerprint identification technology will be more used in portable devices in the future. In this context. The research of fingerprint identification technology based on embedded system can improve the flexibility, practicability and cost performance of the system by developing fingerprint identification from PC to offline. Or to expand the application of embedded systems, are of great significance. In this paper, first of all, the characteristics, application and market situation of fingerprint identification technology are studied, and a series of technical problems involved in the development of embedded fingerprint are discussed. The general development steps of the embedded system are given. The equipment theory and parameters of the fingerprint collector are studied, and several types of fingerprint acquisition instruments are compared. The fingerprint identification system based on ARM is studied. The embedded fingerprint identification system is designed from two aspects of system hardware and software, and the problems that may be encountered in the process of design and development are analyzed. The hardware design block diagram and design idea are given, and the software algorithm flow is analyzed. Finally, the fingerprint recognition algorithm suitable for embedded system is studied emphatically, and an improved fingerprint image segmentation method is proposed. The fingerprint image enhancement algorithm based on Gabor filter is improved. An improved thinning method is proposed to refine the fingerprint image. By analyzing each step of the fingerprint identification system algorithm, some existing algorithms are simplified and innovated. An improved algorithm is proposed and a set of fingerprint recognition algorithms which are suitable for the embedded system based on ARM are obtained and all the algorithms are programmed on PC.
