【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的普及和辦公電子化的發(fā)展，各種計(jì)算機(jī)輸出設(shè)備普遍出現(xiàn)在社會(huì)生活中，其中噴墨打印機(jī)作為制作日常文件的常用辦公機(jī)具，是計(jì)算機(jī)輸出設(shè)備的重要組成部分。隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷繁榮，和法制的健全，越來(lái)越多的社會(huì)活動(dòng)中都會(huì)使用到包含噴墨打印機(jī)在內(nèi)的各種機(jī)具，來(lái)制作如合同、借條、證明書(shū)等日常的文件，這些文件也是我國(guó)訴訟活動(dòng)中常見(jiàn)文件，因而成為司法鑒定文書(shū)研究的重要對(duì)象之一。針對(duì)噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)制文件的各種特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)司法鑒定實(shí)踐中的文件同一性認(rèn)定，同機(jī)認(rèn)定，篡改偽造文件檢驗(yàn)都有很大的促進(jìn)作用，為鑒定文件提供有力的支持，為司法公平和正義的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供有力的促進(jìn)作用。 本文對(duì)噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)制文件的特點(diǎn)研究，主要從以下幾個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述，，本文第一章介紹了噴墨印刷文件的歷史和趨勢(shì)，主要來(lái)闡明噴墨打印印刷技術(shù)有哪些，他們的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展，過(guò)程，讓讀者對(duì)噴墨印刷有個(gè)全面的了解。第二章主要介紹了按需噴墨打印機(jī)工作的原理和噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)具的構(gòu)成，主要來(lái)闡明愛(ài)普生、佳能、惠普三大公司的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。第三章主要介紹了當(dāng)前我國(guó)常用噴墨打印機(jī)的主要品牌和型號(hào)，以及為了研究噴墨打印機(jī)所設(shè)計(jì)的樣本情況，對(duì)樣本的收集情況和對(duì)樣本使用顯微鏡、文件檢驗(yàn)儀器等設(shè)備進(jìn)行的分析情況，以使讀者對(duì)我國(guó)常見(jiàn)噴墨打印機(jī)的使用情況有所了解。展開(kāi)噴墨打印機(jī)文件特點(diǎn)的研究途徑作以介紹。第四章主要介紹了對(duì)樣本的研究形成的噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)制文件特點(diǎn)，介紹了當(dāng)前噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)制文件的印刷的一般特點(diǎn)，主要從墨跡分布形態(tài)，噴嘴的尺寸，分辨率等因素在噴墨印刷文件過(guò)程中的特點(diǎn)，并且討論了利用特點(diǎn)的特殊性在噴墨機(jī)制文件種屬鑒定和同種鑒定中的應(yīng)用。第五章主要介紹了在利用噴墨打印機(jī)機(jī)制文件鑒定文件中的需要注意的一些問(wèn)題，以及介紹了一例利用噴墨打印機(jī)特點(diǎn)鑒定案件的情況。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of computers and the development of electronic office, a variety of computer output devices generally appear in social life, among which inkjet printers are commonly used to produce daily documents. It is an important part of computer output equipment. With the continuous prosperity of our social economy and the sound of legal system, more and more social activities will use a variety of machines and tools, including inkjet printers. To produce such daily documents as contracts, debits, certificates, and so on, which are also common documents in our country's litigation activities. Therefore, it has become one of the important objects in the research of judicial identification documents. According to the various characteristics of ink jet printer mechanism files, the identification of the identity of documents in the practice of judicial expertise, the identification of the same machine. Tampering with forged documents has a great role in promoting the identification of documents to provide strong support for the realization of judicial fairness and justice to provide a strong role in promoting. In this paper, the characteristics of inkjet printer mechanism files, mainly from the following aspects to elaborate, the first chapter of this paper introduces the history and trends of inkjet printing documents, mainly to clarify the inkjet printing technology. Their emergence and development, the process, so that readers have a comprehensive understanding of inkjet printing. Chapter two mainly introduces the principle of on-demand inkjet printer and the composition of inkjet printer tools, mainly to elucidate Epson. Chapter three mainly introduces the main brands and models of inkjet printers commonly used in our country and the samples designed for studying inkjet printers. The collection of samples and the use of microscopes, document inspection instruments and other equipment for the analysis of the situation. In order to make readers understand the usage of common inkjet printers in our country, this paper introduces the research methods of the characteristics of inkjet printer files. Chapter 4th mainly introduces the mechanism of inkjet printers formed by the research of samples. Features. This paper introduces the general characteristics of ink jet printer mechanism file printing, mainly from the ink ink distribution form, nozzle size, resolution and other factors in the ink jet printing process. It also discusses the application of the particularity of the characteristics in the identification of the ink-jet mechanism file and the homologous identification. Chapter 5th mainly introduces some problems needing attention in the identification of the file using the inkjet printer mechanism file. An example of case identification using the characteristics of inkjet printer is also introduced.
