【摘要】：工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信號(hào)傳輸過(guò)程通常出現(xiàn)各種問(wèn)題,如:傳輸路徑過(guò)長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致信號(hào)負(fù)載能力變?nèi)?信號(hào)類型不匹配;接地環(huán)流導(dǎo)致信號(hào)傳輸誤差;耦合干擾等導(dǎo)致的信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)失真。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,可在信號(hào)回路中加裝隔離器。傳統(tǒng)信號(hào)隔離變送方案需要配合IO模塊使用,該形式需要進(jìn)行大量接線,接線錯(cuò)誤無(wú)法避免、且IO模塊需要占用較多機(jī)柜空間。菲尼克斯電氣發(fā)布全新MINI Pro隔離器+v8總線適配器的解決方案,在提供可靠電氣隔離的同時(shí)可有效解決上述問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Usually, there are various problems in the process of signal transmission in industrial field, such as too long transmission path, resulting in weak signal load capacity, mismatch of signal type, signal transmission error caused by the earth's circumfluence, and distortion of signal data caused by coupling interference. In view of the above problems, the isolator can be installed in the signal loop. The traditional signal isolation transmission scheme needs to cooperate with the IO module, which requires a lot of wiring. The wiring error can not be avoided, and the IO module needs to occupy more cabinets space. Feinikesi Electric has released a new solution to the new MINI Pro isolator +v8 bus adapter, which can effectively solve the above problems while providing reliable electrical isolation.
