套管頭四通多向模鍛成形工藝研究

【摘要】:在采油(氣)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中,套管頭是套管和井口裝置的重要連接件。套管頭四通是套管頭的主要部件,要求有較高的力學(xué)性能和耐腐蝕性能。套管頭四通的成形方法主要有鑄造、自由鍛造和多向模鍛。采用多向模鍛工藝成形套管頭四通,不僅能直接鍛造出內(nèi)孔,而且還能保證金屬流線的完整性,提高構(gòu)件的機(jī)械性能。本文采用數(shù)值模擬方法,針對(duì)套管頭四通的多向模鍛成形工藝過(guò)程及其模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)材質(zhì)為AISI-410的套管頭四通件多向模鍛成形工藝,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了AISI-410中?-鐵素體含量隨溫度的變化規(guī)律,確定了這種材料的始鍛溫度;通過(guò)對(duì)套管頭四通結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的分析,提出了多向模鍛水平分模的鍛造成形方案。本文應(yīng)用DEFORM-3D有限元分析軟件,對(duì)套管頭四通件多向模鍛水平分模鍛造方案進(jìn)行了熱力耦合數(shù)值模擬,分析了坯料初始位置等因素對(duì)鍛件成形質(zhì)量的影響及其規(guī)律,確定了成形時(shí)的坯料初始位置,確定了始鍛溫度1200℃、模具預(yù)熱300℃、毛坯在右端型腔內(nèi)長(zhǎng)度為245mm、左沖頭速度40mm/s和右沖頭速度22.2mm/s成形工藝參數(shù)。在對(duì)套管頭四通多向模鍛成形工藝過(guò)程模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了成形模具的組合結(jié)構(gòu)方案,分析了組合結(jié)構(gòu)模具的成形凹模和模座在預(yù)熱過(guò)程中其裝配間隙的變化情況,以及模具在不同裝配間隙和模芯尺寸時(shí)的溫度場(chǎng)、接觸狀態(tài)及應(yīng)力分布情況,確定了成形凹模的主要結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。
[Abstract]:In the production equipment of oil and gas production (gas) production equipment, the casing head is an important part of the casing and wellhead device. The four connection of the casing head is the main part of the casing head, which requires high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The forming methods of the four through casing head are mainly casting, free forging and multi direction forging. The four way of casing head is formed by multi direction forging process, and no Only the inner hole can be forged directly, and the integrity of the metal flow line can be ensured and the mechanical properties of the component can be improved. In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to study the process and die structure of the multi direction die forging of the four through casing head. The multi direction forging process for the four parts of the casing head with AISI-410 material is divided by the experiment. The initial forging temperature of the AISI-410 - ferrite content with the temperature is analyzed. By analyzing the characteristics of the four pass structure of the casing head, the forging forming scheme of the horizontal die forging of multi direction die forging is put forward. In this paper, the DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software is applied to the horizontal die forging scheme of the multi direction die forging of the casing head. The effect of the initial position of the blank and other factors on the forming quality of the forging is analyzed. The initial position of the blank is determined, the initial forging temperature is 1200, the mold preheating is 300, the length of the blank in the right end cavity is 245mm, the left punch speed 40mm/s and the right punch speed 22.2mm/s forming process. On the basis of the simulation of the forming process of the four pass multi direction die forging process of the casing head, the combined structure scheme of the forming die is given. The change of the assembly gap of the forming die and the die seat in the preheating process, as well as the temperature field, the contact state and the contact state of the die at different assembly clearance and core size are analyzed. The main structural dimensions of the forming die are determined by the stress distribution.
