基于光電比色法的瀝青與礦料粘附效應(yīng)研究
[Abstract]:In the use of asphalt pavement, water damage has become one of the main forms of pavement damage due to the existence of water greatly reduces the pavement performance. The main reason for the deterioration of pavement performance is the lack of adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, and water is the cause of this process. There are many methods to evaluate the adhesion of bitumen and aggregate, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. Based on the conclusion and summary of the existing asphalt and aggregate adhesion evaluation tests, this paper tries to find a more scientific and effective method to judge the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate. Based on the introduction of the basic properties of bituminous materials and mineral aggregate and the principle of its adhesion, the influence of asphalt mixture on the overall water stability of asphalt mixture is analyzed. It is considered that the chemical properties of asphalt and the texture structure of aggregate surface are the main factors affecting the water stability of mixture. From the point of view of the basic theory of producing adhesiveness, this paper analyzes the influence degree of various kinds of forces when asphalt and aggregate produce adhesion effect, as well as the commonly used methods to evaluate the adhesion of asphalt and mineral aggregate. Combined with the test method of analyzing the water stability of asphalt mixture, the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is evaluated indirectly. On the basis of summing up the influence of water stability and adhesion, the paper puts forward the application of photoelectricity colorimetry to evaluate the adhesion of asphalt and mineral aggregate, and analyzes the basic principle and method steps of photoelectric colorimetric method. The adhesiveness of three kinds of mineral materials and different modified bitumen was tested, and compared with the results of boiling test, the feasibility of photoelectric colorimetric method was verified, and the superiority of photoelectric colorimetric test was also explained.
