水泥基壓電傳感器動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,交通流量迅速上升,超載現(xiàn)象日益普遍和嚴(yán)重。超載現(xiàn)象降低了路面的使用效率,對(duì)路面造成了嚴(yán)重的損壞,嚴(yán)重的擾亂了交通秩序,造成了國(guó)家財(cái)政的大量流失,嚴(yán)重的威脅到了人民群眾的生命安全。動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)(weigh inmotion,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)WIM)能夠動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)車(chē)輛的載重情況,提高我國(guó)的公路管理水平,成為一個(gè)重要的課題。本文針對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的研究,主要工作如下: 1.在動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù)方面,本文結(jié)合振動(dòng)力學(xué)的杜哈梅積分和壓電傳感器的壓電效應(yīng),建立了一種水泥基壓電傳感器的動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)的基本理論算法。該算法由壓電傳感器的電壓幅值求得車(chē)輛對(duì)橫梁的壓力,從而求出車(chē)輛軸重。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,基本理論算法具有一定準(zhǔn)確性。 2.針對(duì)車(chē)輛速度對(duì)本文提出的數(shù)據(jù)處理基本理論算法造成的測(cè)量精度的影響,,提出了一種基于速度衰減的動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重補(bǔ)償算法,該算法提高了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量精度,降低了車(chē)輛速度帶來(lái)的測(cè)量誤差。 3.基于上面算法,本文采用本課題組設(shè)計(jì)的新型的水泥基壓電傳感器,設(shè)計(jì)了一套動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)。測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)顯示,該系統(tǒng)平均測(cè)量誤差低至238%,達(dá)到了動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量要求,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and economy, traffic flow rises rapidly and overload phenomenon becomes more and more serious. The phenomenon of overload reduces the use efficiency of the pavement, causes serious damage to the road surface, seriously disturbs the traffic order, causes the massive loss of the national finance, and seriously threatens the life safety of the people. (weigh inmotion, (dynamic weighing system for short WIM) can dynamically monitor the load of vehicles and improve the level of highway management in China. It has become an important subject. The key technologies of dynamic weighing are studied in this paper. The main work is as follows: 1. In the aspect of data processing technology of dynamic weighing system, a basic theoretical algorithm of dynamic weighing system based on cement based piezoelectric sensor is established by combining Duhamay integral of vibration dynamics and piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric sensor. Based on the voltage amplitude of the piezoelectric sensor, the pressure of the vehicle on the beam is obtained, and the axle load of the vehicle is obtained. The experimental results show that the basic theory and algorithm have certain accuracy. 2. In view of the influence of vehicle speed on the measurement accuracy caused by the basic theoretical algorithm of data processing proposed in this paper, a dynamic weighing compensation algorithm based on velocity attenuation is proposed, which improves the measurement accuracy of the system. The measurement error caused by vehicle speed is reduced. 3. Based on the above algorithm, a dynamic weighing system is designed using a new cement based piezoelectric sensor designed by our team. The test data show that the average measurement error of the system is as low as 238, which meets the measurement requirements of the dynamic weighing system and has a good application prospect.
