云南龍江大橋主橋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與整體分析

【摘要】:龍江大橋主橋為主跨1 196m的雙塔單跨簡支鋼箱加勁梁懸索橋,大橋主纜分跨布置為320m+1 196m+320m。加勁梁采用流線型扁平鋼箱結(jié)構(gòu),橋面寬33.5m;兩岸橋塔采用門形混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),塔底設(shè)鉆孔灌注樁基礎(chǔ);保山岸橋塔總高169.688m,騰沖岸橋塔總高129.703m;兩岸采用重力式錨碇和擴大基礎(chǔ);主纜采用強度1 770MPa、鐖5.25mm的鍍鋅平行鋼絲索股;吊索采用強度1 670MPa、鐖52mm的鋼芯鋼絲繩。采用ANSYS計算軟件,對主橋結(jié)構(gòu)進行了總體靜力計算,結(jié)果表明橋梁各主要構(gòu)件的最不利內(nèi)力及位移均滿足規(guī)范要求,為該橋的設(shè)計提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Longjiang Bridge is a steel box stiffened girder suspension bridge with two towers and one span with a main span of 1196m. The main cable span of the bridge is 320m 1 196m 320m. The stiffening beam adopts streamlined flat steel box structure, the width of bridge deck is 33.5 m, the bridge tower is portal concrete structure, the bottom of the tower is filled with bored pile foundation, the total height of Baoshan bank bridge tower is 169.688m, the total height of Tengchong bank bridge tower is 129.703m. Gravity Anchorage and enlarged foundation are adopted on both sides; main cable is zinc-plated parallel wire strands of 5.25mm with strength of 1 770 MPA; sling is steel wire rope with strength of 1 670 MPA and core of 52mm. The overall static calculation of the main bridge structure is carried out by using ANSYS software. The results show that the most unfavorable internal forces and displacements of the main components of the bridge all meet the requirements of the code, which provides the basis for the design of the bridge.
