【摘要】：農(nóng)村公路施工建設(shè)是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的重要項(xiàng)目,農(nóng)村公路工程影響因子復(fù)雜,對(duì)工程造價(jià)運(yùn)算法開(kāi)銷(xiāo)控制估計(jì)困難。提出一種基于激活函數(shù)普適性分析的農(nóng)村公路工程開(kāi)銷(xiāo)控制算法。根據(jù)農(nóng)村公路工程項(xiàng)目成本降低額進(jìn)行成本特征方程定義,對(duì)公路施工過(guò)程中的標(biāo)價(jià)、稅金、利潤(rùn)、實(shí)時(shí)市場(chǎng)耗材價(jià)格、以及農(nóng)戶占地賠償?shù)汝P(guān)系納入影響因子考慮。使用一個(gè)激活函數(shù)進(jìn)行性能激活,加入自由權(quán)值矩陣,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)農(nóng)村公路施工階段中工程造價(jià)的準(zhǔn)確控制,降低成本,提高施工效率。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,采用該算法進(jìn)行農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)工程造價(jià)和開(kāi)銷(xiāo)預(yù)算控制,工程造價(jià)估計(jì)精度高,普適性好。
[Abstract]:Rural highway construction is an important project in the construction of new socialist countryside. The influence factors of rural highway engineering are complex, so it is difficult to estimate the cost control of project cost calculation method. This paper presents an algorithm of rural highway engineering overhead control based on the universal analysis of activation function. According to the cost reduction of rural highway project, the cost characteristic equation is defined, and the relationships of price, tax, profit, real time market price of consumables, and the compensation of land occupied by farmers are taken into account in the process of highway construction. An activation function is used to activate the performance and add the free value matrix to realize the accurate control of the project cost in the construction stage of rural highway and to reduce the cost and improve the construction efficiency. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is used to control the construction cost and cost of rural highway construction, and the estimation accuracy of the project cost is high and the universality is good.
