汽車膝部氣囊設(shè)計與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對某車型建立了MADYMO車體模型和膝部氣囊模型,并通過試驗驗證了模型的有效性。利用該模型對安裝與未安裝膝部氣囊情況下假人的運動響應(yīng)和傷害值進(jìn)行了仿真分析,研究了膝部氣囊在正面碰撞中對假人各部位的影響。根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果,通過正交試驗對初步設(shè)計的膝部氣囊進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,優(yōu)化后WIC值減小了3.39%,表明膝部氣囊對下肢的保護(hù)性能得到很大提升。
[Abstract]:The MADYMO car body model and knee airbag model are established for a vehicle model, and the validity of the model is verified by experiments. The model is used to simulate the motion response and injury value of the dummy under the condition of installing or not installing the knee airbag, and the influence of the knee airbag on every part of the dummy in frontal impact is studied. According to the simulation results, the initial design of knee airbag was optimized by orthogonal test, and the WIC value of the optimized design was reduced by 3.399.The result shows that the performance of knee airbag for lower limb protection has been greatly improved.
