【摘要】：天津東疆保稅港區(qū)是我國(guó)目前面積最大的保稅港區(qū),發(fā)展目標(biāo)是成為中國(guó)第一家國(guó)際自由貿(mào)易區(qū),帶動(dòng)天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)乃至整個(gè)中國(guó)北方的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 為響應(yīng)國(guó)務(wù)院的相關(guān)號(hào)召,加快東疆保稅港區(qū)的建設(shè)步伐,進(jìn)一步完善東疆保稅港區(qū)的整體功能,建設(shè)優(yōu)良的物流設(shè)施是必不可少的一環(huán)。智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)作為現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的核心組成部分,也就自然成為了筆者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 本文分析了在天津東疆保稅港區(qū)建設(shè)智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的可行性。首先,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的相關(guān)知識(shí),包括智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的主要構(gòu)成、發(fā)展過(guò)程、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、與普通平庫(kù)相比的突出優(yōu)勢(shì)等,使讀者對(duì)智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)有一個(gè)比較全面的了解。然后分析了天津東疆保稅港區(qū)的物流業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展前景以及投建智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的必要性。接下來(lái),筆者就天津東疆保稅港區(qū)建設(shè)智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的幾個(gè)具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了比較詳盡的分析,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析、出入庫(kù)調(diào)度優(yōu)化分析、選址分析等多個(gè)問(wèn)題。在論文的最后,筆者結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)投建智能立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)時(shí)容易犯的錯(cuò)誤給出了幾個(gè)具體的建議。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area is the largest bonded port area in our country at present. The development goal is to become the first international free trade area of China and to promote the economic development of Tianjin Binhai New area and even the whole northern China. In order to respond to the relevant call of the State Council, speed up the construction of the East Xinjiang bonded Port area, further improve the overall function of the Dongjiang bonded Port area, the construction of excellent logistics facilities is an essential link. As the core part of modern logistics industry, intelligent warehouse has naturally become the focus of my attention. This paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing intelligent warehouse in Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the relevant knowledge of intelligent warehouse, including the main structure, development process, application field, the outstanding advantages compared with the ordinary horizontal warehouse, etc. So that readers have a more comprehensive understanding of the intelligent warehouse. Then it analyzes the current situation of logistics industry in Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area, the development prospect and the necessity of building intelligent warehouse. Then, the author makes a detailed analysis of several specific problems in the construction of intelligent warehouse in Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area, including economic analysis, storage scheduling optimization analysis, location analysis, and so on. At the end of the paper, the author gives some concrete suggestions based on the mistakes that are easy to make in the construction of intelligent warehouse in China.
