基于激光輪廓檢測儀的瀝青路面質(zhì)量均勻性評價方法研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段我國瀝青混凝土路面普遍存在較為突出的早期病害,需要耗費大量的資金進行維修養(yǎng)護,究其原因,主要是作為顆粒離散性材料的瀝青混合料在施工中,常常伴隨著表面離析、豎向離析等各類質(zhì)量離析問題,這些質(zhì)量不均勻的情況極易導(dǎo)致路面的坑槽、松散等。鑒于混合料離析常常會在路面外觀上就能夠被體現(xiàn)出來,所以,瀝青路面的路表質(zhì)量均勻性,作為一項快速、直觀和重要的指標,在瀝青路面質(zhì)量控制中占有很重要的地位,而離析程度作為路表質(zhì)量均勻性的表現(xiàn)方式可以通過路表輪廓特征直觀的體現(xiàn)出來。本文嘗試基于自主研發(fā)的激光輪廓檢測系統(tǒng)對瀝青路面路表質(zhì)量均勻性進行監(jiān)控評價,試圖通過激光輪廓檢測儀對瀝青路面進行實測,描述出瀝青路面的表面輪廓特征,從而判斷其離析程度,以達到評價其質(zhì)量均勻性的目的。 基于以上目的,本文從瀝青路面的路表輪廓特征出發(fā),提出評價指標并試圖通過激光輪廓檢測儀尋找適合的測量方案和數(shù)據(jù)處理辦法以客觀真實的描述路表輪廓特征,以室內(nèi)試驗驗證比選合適的評價指標并依托于工程實踐展開路面質(zhì)量均勻性的評價研究。 首先,根據(jù)瀝青路面表面輪廓特征的特點提出幾種評價指標及其計算模型,利用激光輪廓檢測儀采用小間距、多條線的測量理念,試圖從整體區(qū)域的概念出發(fā)來描述路表輪廓特征,通過Matlab軟件對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行處理計算,,得到相應(yīng)的評價指標值。 其次,通過室內(nèi)試驗?zāi)M不同輪廓特征的瀝青路面,從穩(wěn)定性,規(guī)律體現(xiàn)性和規(guī)范指標相關(guān)性幾個方面對幾種評價指標進行比選分析,得出基于統(tǒng)計和鋪砂法的計算模型衍生出的指標較能客觀真實評價瀝青路面表面輪廓特征的結(jié)論。 最后,依托工程實踐,利用比選出的描述瀝青路面路表輪廓特征的評價指標,對路表質(zhì)量均勻性展開評價研究,采用離析評價的分類界限,對實際路面的離析狀態(tài)進行分析,體現(xiàn)出了攤鋪機兩端以及攤鋪收斗所造成的離析,驗證了激光輪廓檢測系統(tǒng)對于瀝青路面質(zhì)量均勻性的評價方法。
[Abstract]:At present, there are more prominent early diseases in the asphalt concrete pavement in our country. It is necessary to spend a lot of money on maintenance and maintenance. The main reason is that as the asphalt mixture of granular material in the construction, it is often accompanied by surface segregation, vertical segregation and other quality segregation problems, and these quality are not uniform. The condition of the pavement is very easy to lead to the pits and looseness of the pavement. In view of the mixture segregation often can be reflected on the surface of the pavement, the quality uniformity of the road surface of the asphalt pavement, as a fast, intuitive and important index, occupies a very important position in the quality control of the asphalt pavement, and the degree of segregation is the quality uniformity of the road surface. In this paper, the quality uniformity of the asphalt pavement surface is monitored and evaluated based on the laser contour detection system based on the independent research and development. This paper tries to measure the asphalt pavement through the laser profile testing instrument and describe the surface profile characteristics of the asphalt pavement, so as to judge the surface profile of the asphalt pavement. The degree of segregation is achieved in order to evaluate the uniformity of its quality.
Based on the above purpose, this paper, starting from the profile features of the asphalt pavement, puts forward the evaluation index and tries to find the suitable measurement scheme and data processing method through the laser profile detector to objectively and truly describe the contour features of the road surface. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the surface profile of asphalt pavement, several evaluation indexes and their calculation models are put forward. Using the concept of small distance and multiple lines, the characteristics of the road surface contour are described from the concept of the whole area. The measurement data are processed and calculated by the Matlab software, and the corresponding evaluation is obtained. Price index value.
Secondly, the asphalt pavement with different contour characteristics is simulated by indoor test, and several evaluation indexes are selected and analyzed from several aspects of stability, law embodiment and standard index correlation. It is concluded that the index derived from the calculation model based on statistics and sand laying method can objectively and truly evaluate the surface profile characteristics of asphalt pavement.
Finally, based on the engineering practice, the evaluation of the quality uniformity of the road surface is studied by using the evaluation index which is selected to describe the profile of the asphalt pavement surface. The analysis of the segregation of the actual pavement is carried out by using the classification boundary of the segregation evaluation, which shows the segregation caused by the two ends of the paver and the paving bucket, and the laser wheel is verified.
