港口散貨汽車作業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)流程設(shè)計(jì)與挖掘研究

【摘要】:作為水陸運(yùn)輸?shù)臉屑~,物流配置、資源分配的中心,散雜貨港口已經(jīng)成為綜合運(yùn)輸鏈中的最主要環(huán)節(jié)。作為陸地上最重要的運(yùn)輸工具,汽車作業(yè)在現(xiàn)代物流供應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的作用不言而喻,如何高效快速地實(shí)現(xiàn)港口作業(yè)智能化,提高企業(yè)效率,成為港口企業(yè)首要解決的問題。 作為第三代技術(shù)革命的產(chǎn)物,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的概念迅速普及,其相關(guān)技術(shù)日益成熟,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到港口信息化建設(shè),為提高港口智能化水平提供了新的思路。但是,目前物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在港口的應(yīng)用主要集中在集裝箱運(yùn)輸作業(yè),在散雜貨運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用較少。因此,抓住物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展這一契機(jī),提高港口智能化水平,加快信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為散雜貨港口提高作業(yè)效率的重要任務(wù)之—。 業(yè)務(wù)流程建模的方式有很多種,流程挖掘就是其中較為有效的一種,不同于傳統(tǒng)的建模方式,流程挖掘抽取系統(tǒng)日工的日志信息,挖掘業(yè)務(wù)流程的真實(shí)運(yùn)作模型,并應(yīng)用相應(yīng)算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行定性、定量分析,以便分析者從流程真實(shí)運(yùn)作情況中得到有用的信息。該建模方法避免了傳統(tǒng)建模方式的主觀因素,使模型能夠客觀并精確地顯示作業(yè)過程。 本文在企業(yè)流程改造、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、流程挖掘建模等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上做了一下研究:第,對(duì)散雜貨港口汽車作業(yè)流程現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出現(xiàn)存弊端;第二,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)融入到港口汽車作業(yè)流程中,改造流程,進(jìn)行企業(yè)流程再造;第三,應(yīng)用流程挖掘技術(shù),提取改造前后作業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用流程挖掘技術(shù)建立模型,并對(duì)改造前后的模型進(jìn)行分析說明,得出分析報(bào)告,驗(yàn)證改造效果。
[Abstract]:As the hub of land and water transportation, the center of logistics allocation and resource distribution, the bulk cargo port has become the most important link in the integrated transportation chain. As the most important means of transportation on land, the role of automobile operation in modern logistics supply industry chain is self-evident. How to efficiently and quickly realize the intelligence of port operations and improve the efficiency of enterprises has become the first problem solved by port enterprises. As the product of the third generation technology revolution, the concept of Internet of things is popularizing rapidly, and its related technology is maturing day by day. The application of Internet of things technology to the construction of port information provides a new way of thinking for improving the level of port intelligence. However, at present, the application of Internet of things technology in the port is mainly concentrated in container transportation, but less in bulk cargo transportation. Therefore, seizing the opportunity of rapid development of Internet of things technology, improving the intelligence level of ports and speeding up the construction of information technology has become an important task to improve the operational efficiency of bulk cargo ports. There are many ways of business process modeling, process mining is one of the more effective, different from the traditional modeling, process mining extraction system daily log information, mining the real operation model of business processes. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the model is carried out by using the corresponding algorithm, so that the analysts can get useful information from the actual operation of the process. This modeling method avoids the subjective factors of the traditional modeling method and enables the model to display the operation process objectively and accurately. On the basis of enterprise process transformation, Internet of things technology, process mining modeling and other related theories, this paper does a little research: first, analyze the current situation of vehicle operation process in bulk port, point out the existing drawbacks; second, The Internet of things technology will be integrated into the port vehicle operation process, the transformation of the process, business process reengineering; third, the application of process mining technology, extraction of pre-and post-transformation data, the application of process mining technology to establish a model, The model before and after the transformation is analyzed and explained, and the analysis report is obtained to verify the effect of the transformation.
