【摘要】:作為世界上最大的煤炭生產(chǎn)國,煤炭在我國經(jīng)濟生活中占有重要地位。煤炭從產(chǎn)地到使用者之間,中間需要經(jīng)過中轉、儲存和加工等一系列流程,港口作為該功能的主要承載者,一直起著橋梁和紐帶的作用。隨著目前我國北方煤炭下水港的不斷增多,秦皇島港面臨越來越大的競爭壓力。為了吸引客戶裝船,搶占市場份額,秦皇島港開展了配煤業(yè)務。配煤業(yè)務能有效提高客戶滿意度,增加燃煤效率,降低環(huán)境污染,但也面臨著堆場利用率低、設備能耗高等問題。本文緊緊圍繞配煤所面臨的問題,提出優(yōu)化解決方案,進一步完善秦皇島港煤炭物流體系。 首先,對國內(nèi)外煤炭需求以及配煤現(xiàn)狀加以闡述,,并分析當前煤炭配送的一般模式,探尋港口傳統(tǒng)配煤工藝中所存在的優(yōu)勢以及不足。在現(xiàn)代物流理論基礎之上,挖掘裝卸設備在港口配煤過程中的優(yōu)勢和意義。 其次,闡述秦皇島港煤碼頭自身情況及現(xiàn)有配煤工藝,對港口內(nèi)部配煤工藝流程進行梳理,分析秦皇島港配煤現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)港口配煤現(xiàn)有條件,提出問題,找出港口配煤體系中存在的瓶頸。 再次,結合目前秦皇島港動力配煤體系中存在的問題,提出設計原則及要求,進行實例分析,通過計算給出優(yōu)化方案。 最后,本文還在分析煤炭碼頭生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的基本組成及功能的基礎上,提出配煤優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)體系,并對其輔助系統(tǒng)進行設計。
[Abstract]:As the largest producer of coal in the world, coal occupies an important position in the economic life of our country. From the origin to the user, coal needs a series of processes such as transfer, storage and processing. As the main carrier of this function, the port has been playing the role of bridges and ties. With the current coal sewer in the north of China In order to attract customers to ship and seize market share, Qinhuangdao port has carried out coal matching business. The coal blending business can effectively improve customer satisfaction, increase coal efficiency, reduce environmental pollution, but also face the problems of low utilization rate and high energy consumption of equipment in Qinhuangdao. The problems faced by coal blending are put forward, and the optimized solutions are put forward to further improve the coal logistics system of Qinhuangdao port.
First, the coal demand at home and abroad and the status of coal blending are expounded, and the general mode of coal distribution is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional coal blending technology are explored. On the basis of modern logistics theory, the advantages and significance of loading and unloading equipment in the port coal blending process are excavated.
Secondly, it expounds the situation of Qinhuangdao Port Coal Wharf and the existing coal blending technology, combing the internal coal blending process of the port, analyzing the status of coal blending in Qinhuangdao port, putting forward the problems according to the existing conditions of the port coal blending, and finding out the bottleneck in the port coal blending system.
Thirdly, combined with the existing problems in Qinhuangdao port's power coal blending system, the design principles and requirements are put forward, and an example is analyzed, and the optimization plan is given through calculation.
Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the basic composition and function of the production and management system of the coal wharf, this paper puts forward the realization system of the coal blending optimization system and designs its auxiliary system.
