【摘要】：絞吸挖泥船在疏浚工程船只中占較大比重。絞吸挖掘施工過程極其復(fù)雜,受氣象、水文、地質(zhì)等因素影響大,難以制定準(zhǔn)確合理的施工進(jìn)度計劃。本文結(jié)合實際工程,采用計算機仿真方法對絞吸挖泥船的疏浚施工過程進(jìn)行仿真分析與應(yīng)用研究。主要研究工作和研究成果如下:(1)系統(tǒng)地分析了絞吸挖泥船的施工特征,識別并量化了挖泥船施工過程中的工程風(fēng)險,定量確定了絞吸挖泥船的施工生產(chǎn)率;并且采用層次化建模方法,建立了絞吸挖泥船挖掘施工仿真模型,能夠較全面地描述絞吸挖泥船的施工過程。(2)通過對任意時刻施工整體面貌與相關(guān)施工信息進(jìn)行耦合,實現(xiàn)了絞吸挖泥船挖掘施工過程的動態(tài)仿真分析,再現(xiàn)了各施工工序在時間和空間上的邏輯關(guān)系,全面地表達(dá)了絞吸挖泥船挖掘施工的復(fù)雜過程,并且對挖泥船挖掘施工全過程的仿真成果進(jìn)行了直觀、有效的分析和驗證。(3)針對絞吸挖泥船挖掘施工的特點,采用系統(tǒng)仿真和循環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),研制開發(fā)了絞吸挖泥船施工數(shù)字化仿真程序,并應(yīng)用于實際碼頭基槽及港池疏浚工程中,為絞吸挖泥船挖掘施工方案設(shè)計提供了強有力的計算和分析工具。
[Abstract]:Suction dredger occupies a large proportion in dredging engineering vessels. The construction process of strangulation excavation is extremely complex, which is greatly influenced by meteorological, hydrological and geological factors, so it is difficult to formulate accurate and reasonable construction schedule. In this paper, a computer simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the dredging construction process of a stranded dredger. The main research work and research results are as follows: (1) systematically analyzing the construction characteristics of the suction dredger, identifying and quantifying the engineering risk in the construction process of the dredger, and determining quantitatively the construction productivity of the suction dredger. And by using the hierarchical modeling method, the simulation model of the construction of the stranded dredger is established, which can describe the construction process of the suction dredger in a more comprehensive way. By coupling the whole face of the construction at any time with the relevant construction information, the model can be used to describe the construction process of the dredger. The dynamic simulation analysis of the excavation construction process of the suction dredger is realized, the logical relationship of each construction procedure in time and space is reappeared, and the complex process of excavation construction of the suction dredger is expressed comprehensively. The simulation results of the whole process of dredger excavation construction are intuitively analyzed and verified effectively. Aiming at the characteristics of dredger excavation construction, the system simulation and circular network technology are adopted. A digital simulation program for the construction of stranded dredger is developed and applied to the dredging project of foundation slot and harbor pool of actual wharf, which provides a powerful calculation and analysis tool for the design of excavating construction scheme of the dredger.
