分布式傳感光纖測量疏浚土大型充填袋變形

【摘要】:港工建設中采用航道疏浚土作為新型筑堤材料的關鍵技術研究,對于解決資源短缺和環(huán)境制約等問題具有重要意義。由于無法應用傳統點式監(jiān)測技術測量充填袋充填、加載中袋體的受力及變形過程,針對高含泥量疏浚土大型充填袋袋體受力及變形監(jiān)測等工程實踐問題,通過室內標定試驗和現場原型試驗,開展了傳感光纖選型、膠結固定及保護方式、測量精度及誤差分析、工程原型應用測試等分布式光纖傳感技術應用于高含泥量疏浚土大型充填袋受力及變形測量的可行性研究。試驗研究表明,疏浚土大型充填袋袋體受力及變形監(jiān)測中應選用柔性護套應變傳感光纖,以柔性膠固定;選擇合適的傳感光纖能夠使袋體受力及變形的測量精度達到±30με,監(jiān)測空間分辨率0.1 m,最大應變測量范圍30 000με;分布式光纖傳感技術是疏浚土大型充填袋袋體受力及變形監(jiān)測的可靠新型測量方法。
[Abstract]:The research on the key technology of using channel dredged soil as a new type of dike material in port construction is of great significance to solve the problems of shortage of resources and environmental constraints. Because the traditional point monitoring technique can not be used to measure the loading and deformation process of the bag in the loading process, aiming at the engineering practice problems such as the stress and deformation monitoring of the large bag filled with dredged soil with high content of mud, etc. Through indoor calibration test and field prototype test, the selection of sensing fiber, fixation and protection mode, measurement precision and error analysis are carried out. The application of distributed optical fiber sensing technology such as prototype testing is applied to the feasibility of measuring the force and deformation of large filling bags of dredged soil with high content of mud. The experimental results show that flexible sheathed strain sensing fiber and flexible glue should be used to monitor the stress and deformation of the large filled bag body of dredged soil. Choosing suitable sensing fiber can make the measuring accuracy of bag body force and deformation reach 鹵30 渭 蔚, monitoring spatial resolution 0.1 m, maximum strain measuring range 30 000 渭 蔚. Distributed optical fiber sensing technology is the force and change of large filled bag body of dredged soil. A new reliable measuring method for shape monitoring.
