【摘要】：本文針對(duì)"水上巴士"公共交通體系的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及其優(yōu)劣性進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合我國(guó)相關(guān)城市目前的"水上巴士"規(guī)劃及建設(shè)情況,通過(guò)SWOT和AHP分析,提出在具有發(fā)達(dá)河道水系及內(nèi)河航道資源的大中型城市,進(jìn)行內(nèi)河交通資源化發(fā)展與公共交通體系構(gòu)建的設(shè)想,分析其可行性及優(yōu)劣性,得出相關(guān)的分析結(jié)論,為有條件發(fā)展"水上巴士"的城市面臨的地面公共交通的擁堵壓力和困境,提供有選擇性的解決思路或拓展方案,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)有效利用城市內(nèi)河水資源,豐富傳統(tǒng)的公共交通體系建設(shè),并提升城市的品味及生態(tài)環(huán)境價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation, development trend and advantages and disadvantages of "water bus" public transportation system, combined with the current planning and construction of "water bus" in related cities of our country, through SWOT and AHP analysis. In the large and medium-sized cities with developed river system and inland waterway resources, the paper puts forward the idea of resource development of inland river traffic and the construction of public transport system, analyzes its feasibility, advantages and disadvantages, and draws relevant analysis conclusions. To provide selective solutions or expand solutions to the congestion pressures and dilemmas of terrestrial public transport faced by cities with the condition of developing "water buses", so as to realize the effective use of urban inland water resources, Enrich the construction of traditional public transport system, and enhance the taste and ecological environmental value of the city.
