中小直徑盾構(gòu)施工隧道特性研究

【摘要】:隨著城市電力需求的快速增長(zhǎng),供電負(fù)荷越來(lái)越高,線路愈加密集,中小直徑電纜隧道已經(jīng)逐步顯現(xiàn)出了取代傳統(tǒng)架空線路的趨勢(shì),是我國(guó)未來(lái)城市發(fā)展的方向。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)采用盾構(gòu)法施工的隧道越來(lái)越多。對(duì)于一般直徑盾構(gòu)所產(chǎn)生的地面沉降規(guī)律和土體擾動(dòng)規(guī)律以及影響范圍,國(guó)內(nèi)外己有不少這方面的研究,但針對(duì)中小直徑盾構(gòu)的研究很少。 本文通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)原位試驗(yàn),對(duì)中小直徑盾構(gòu)隧道施工過(guò)程中所引起的土體分層沉降、深層水平位移、孔隙水壓力、隧道管片應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測(cè),分析了中小直徑盾構(gòu)施工引起土層沉降、土體水平位移及土體孔隙水壓力、管片軸向應(yīng)力及環(huán)向應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律。 分析對(duì)比了中小直徑與一般直徑盾構(gòu)隧道開(kāi)挖引起的土體變形實(shí)測(cè)值,結(jié)果表明,中小直徑隧道盾構(gòu)法施工對(duì)土體產(chǎn)生的擾動(dòng)規(guī)律與一般直徑隧道類似,擾動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的位移與受擾動(dòng)的土層有很大關(guān)系。 本文利用MIDAS有限元軟件建立計(jì)算模型,模擬了中小直徑盾構(gòu)隧道開(kāi)挖引起的土體變形,,分析了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果存在差異的原因。根據(jù)中小直徑與一般直徑盾構(gòu)隧道變形的數(shù)值模擬對(duì)比,進(jìn)一步分析了二種直徑盾構(gòu)隧道土體變形的特征。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the urban power demand, the power supply load is getting higher and the line is more dense. The medium and small diameter cable tunnel has gradually shown the trend of replacing the traditional overhead lines. It is the direction of the future urban development in our country. At present, more and more tunnels are used by the shield method in China. There are many researches in this field both at home and abroad, but there are few researches on small and medium diameter shield.
In this paper, the soil stratified settlement, deep horizontal displacement, pore water pressure and tunnel stress are monitored during the construction of medium and small diameter shield tunnel, and the settlement of soil layer, the horizontal displacement of soil and the pore water pressure of soil, the axial stress and circumferential stress of the segment are analyzed. The law of the change of force.
The measured values of soil deformation caused by middle and small diameter and general diameter shield tunnel excavation are compared and compared. The results show that the disturbance law of the shield method in medium and small diameter tunnel construction is similar to that of the general diameter tunnel, and the displacement caused by the disturbance is closely related to the disturbed soil layer.
In this paper, the calculation model of MIDAS finite element software is used to simulate the soil deformation caused by the excavation of the medium and small diameter shield tunnel. The reasons for the difference between the field monitoring data and the numerical simulation results are analyzed. According to the numerical simulation comparison of the deformation of the shield tunnel with the small diameter and the general diameter, the two diameters are further analyzed.
