【摘要】:城市公共交通是城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),科學(xué)合理的城市公共交通規(guī)劃將引領(lǐng)、支撐和服務(wù)城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,隨著城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),“公交優(yōu)先”戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外的普遍認(rèn)同,已成為城市交通政策的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),而城市公共交通換乘樞紐又是城市公共交通系統(tǒng)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),它將城市交通各個(gè)系統(tǒng)高效銜接起來,通過資源的有機(jī)整合,使城市交通組織更為順暢,科學(xué)合理的城市公共交通換乘樞紐規(guī)劃,減少在空間和時(shí)間上的消耗,充分發(fā)揮其整體效益,引領(lǐng)城市功能布局發(fā)展,優(yōu)化城市交通運(yùn)行環(huán)境,提高通行效率。 本文從城市公共交通換乘樞紐的基本特性分析入手,以城市公共交通換乘樞紐提高城市土地利用效率、提升城市公交競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和應(yīng)變力、緊密聯(lián)系城市各功能分區(qū)和組團(tuán)、有利于城市交通綜合整治以及實(shí)現(xiàn)各種交通方式換乘的功能定位為背景,把握城市公共交通樞紐向功能多樣化、形式立體化,引領(lǐng)區(qū)域發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)各種交通方式之間的“無縫”換乘等發(fā)展趨勢(shì),深入剖析昆明市城市交通特征,對(duì)比借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公共交通換乘樞紐的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析昆明市城市公共交通樞紐規(guī)劃布局的影響因素,采用調(diào)查研究的方式對(duì)昆明市城市公共交通客流進(jìn)行科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè),在此基礎(chǔ)上,參考綜合交通發(fā)展規(guī)劃、智能交通規(guī)劃、公交規(guī)劃、軌道交通規(guī)劃等的規(guī)劃理念和思路,研究得出昆明市城市公共交通換乘樞紐布局規(guī)劃方案。 論文從昆明市的實(shí)際情況著手分析研究,為類似昆明市“主城+新城”城市形態(tài)模式城市公共交通換乘樞紐規(guī)劃提供參考,為昆明市城市公共交通換乘樞紐規(guī)劃布局提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Urban public transportation is the foundation of urban social and economic development. Scientific and reasonable urban public transport planning will lead, support and serve the development of urban social economy. The "bus priority" strategy has been generally accepted at home and abroad, and has become the development trend of urban transport policy, and urban public transport transfer hub is an important link in the urban public transport system. It connects the various urban transportation systems efficiently, makes the urban traffic organization more smooth, scientific and reasonable planning of urban public transport hub, and reduces the consumption of space and time through the organic integration of resources. Give full play to its overall benefits, guide the development of urban function layout, optimize the urban traffic operation environment, and improve traffic efficiency. Starting with the analysis of the basic characteristics of the urban public transport transfer hub, this paper takes the urban public transport transfer hub to improve the efficiency of urban land use, enhance the competitiveness and resilience of urban public transport, and closely relate to the functional districts and groups of the city. It is beneficial to the comprehensive regulation of urban traffic and the functional orientation of realizing the transfer of various traffic modes. It is necessary to grasp the diversification of the urban public transport hub to function, to form three-dimensional, and to lead the development of the region. To realize the development trend of "seamless" transfer between various traffic modes, to deeply analyze the urban traffic characteristics of Kunming, and to compare the development experiences of urban public transport and passenger hubs at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the layout of urban public transport hub in Kunming, and makes a scientific prediction of urban public transport passenger flow in Kunming by means of investigation and research. On this basis, it refers to the comprehensive traffic development planning and intelligent transportation planning. The planning idea and train of thought of public transit planning and rail transit planning are studied and the layout plan of Kunming city public transport interchange hub is obtained. Based on the actual situation of Kunming, this paper provides a reference for the planning of urban public transport hub, which is similar to the urban pattern of "main city new city" in Kunming. It provides theoretical support for the layout of urban public transport interchange hub in Kunming.
