【摘要】:路面的抗滑性能是影響交通安全的重要因素,如何控制路面抗滑性能的衰變是眾多研究人員所關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。而路面宏觀紋理磨損是瀝青路面抗滑性能衰變的重要原因,因此對(duì)瀝青路面抗滑性能衰變與路面宏觀紋理磨損之間關(guān)系的研究顯得十分重要。 本研究在不同等級(jí)、不同類型的瀝青路面上選取了多個(gè)測(cè)點(diǎn),從道路建成初期開(kāi)始,對(duì)路面宏觀紋理和抗滑性能進(jìn)行了歷時(shí)2年多的跟蹤測(cè)試。其中,路面宏觀紋理特征測(cè)試采用鋪砂法和三維掃描測(cè)試法,兩種方法,,路面抗滑性能的測(cè)試采用動(dòng)態(tài)摩擦系數(shù)測(cè)試儀(DFT)來(lái)測(cè)定路面的摩擦系數(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)不同種類,多個(gè)宏觀紋理指標(biāo)隨通車時(shí)間變化趨勢(shì)的分析,選取了衰變規(guī)律較明顯的一些紋理指標(biāo),利用這些指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律來(lái)描述瀝青路面宏觀紋理的磨損規(guī)律。對(duì)于路面抗滑性能衰變的研究,選取了多個(gè)抗滑性能指標(biāo),并分析了這些抗滑性能指標(biāo)隨通車時(shí)間的衰變趨勢(shì),并利用SPSS軟件嘗試建立了抗滑性能指標(biāo)隨通車時(shí)間的衰變模型,以此來(lái)描述路面抗滑性能隨通車時(shí)間的衰變規(guī)律。最終,對(duì)路面宏觀紋理指標(biāo)與抗滑性能指標(biāo)的協(xié)同衰變路徑進(jìn)行了分析,利用SPSS軟件嘗試建立了抗滑性能指標(biāo)與宏觀紋理指標(biāo)的協(xié)同衰變模型,以此對(duì)路面抗滑性能隨宏觀紋理磨損的衰變規(guī)律進(jìn)行描述。 本研究對(duì)進(jìn)一步研究瀝青路面抗滑性能隨路面宏觀紋理磨損的衰變規(guī)律提供了一定的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)瀝青路面抗滑性能衰變的控制具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The anti skid performance of the pavement is an important factor affecting the traffic safety. How to control the decay of the pavement skid resistance is the concern of many researchers. And the pavement macro texture wear is an important reason for the decay of the anti skid performance of the asphalt pavement, so the relationship between the anti skid performance of the asphalt pavement and the macroscopic texture wear of the pavement is studied. It is very important to study.
In this study, several testing points were selected on different grades and different types of asphalt pavement. From the beginning of the construction of the road, the macro texture and anti skid performance of the pavement were tested for more than 2 years. Among them, the pavement macro texture features were tested by sand laying and three-dimensional scanning, and two methods were used to test the anti skid performance of the pavement. The dynamic friction coefficient tester (DFT) is used to determine the friction coefficient of the pavement. Through the analysis of the changing trend of different kinds of macro texture index with the changing trend of the traffic time, some texture indexes which are more obvious in the decay law are selected. The law of the change of these indexes is used to describe the wear law of the macroscopic texture of the asphalt pavement. Several anti slip performance indexes are selected, and the decay trend of these anti skid performance indexes with traffic time is analyzed, and the decay model of anti skid performance index with traffic time is established by using SPSS software. In order to describe the decay law of pavement anti skid performance with the traffic time. The cooperative decay path of the index and the anti skid performance index is analyzed. A cooperative decay model of the anti skid performance index and the macroscopic texture index is tried to be established by using the SPSS software, and the decay law of the anti skid performance of the pavement with the macroscopic texture wear is described.
This study provides a certain basis for further research on the decay law of the asphalt pavement's anti sliding performance with the pavement macro texture wear, and has a certain reference for the control of the decay of the anti skid performance of the asphalt pavement.
