高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)智能管理體系設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度算法研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路里程的快速增長,高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)的重要性日益突出。在高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)過程中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遭遇一些突發(fā)事件的干擾,如惡劣天氣、車輛故障、交通狀況異常等,使得已有的初始巡查計(jì)劃變得不可行。如何高效、及時(shí)地處理干擾事件,使得調(diào)整后的計(jì)劃對初始計(jì)劃的改變最小,是一個(gè)高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)中的難點(diǎn)問題。 本文首先設(shè)計(jì)了高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)智能管理體系,接下來對高速公路日常巡查過程中會(huì)遭遇的主要干擾事件進(jìn)行了分析,,并在宏觀層次上設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度策略,包括了同路策略、鄰近策略、增派策略以及混合策略等。 分析和描述了高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度模型的原始問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度的目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。文章以司機(jī)和高速公路管理機(jī)構(gòu)兩個(gè)主體為研究對象,建立了相應(yīng)的擾動(dòng)度量函數(shù),對各個(gè)目標(biāo)賦予不同的權(quán)重,建立了目標(biāo)函數(shù)。接下里設(shè)計(jì)了基于貪婪算法和插入式算法的啟發(fā)式算法來求解高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)的實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度模型。 文章最后通過對算例進(jìn)行求解來驗(yàn)證啟發(fā)式算法的正確性和有效性。本文設(shè)計(jì)的高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度算法,克服了傳統(tǒng)全局優(yōu)化算法的事前性和存在不合理的缺陷,有效的降低了干擾事件給高速公路日常養(yǎng)護(hù)系統(tǒng)帶來的干擾,兼顧了對原計(jì)劃偏離最小和成本改變最小的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of highway mileage in China, the importance of highway daily maintenance is becoming more and more prominent. During the daily maintenance of freeway, some unexpected accidents are often encountered, such as bad weather, vehicle failure, abnormal traffic conditions, etc., which makes the existing initial inspection plan unfeasible. How to deal with the disturbance events efficiently and in time to minimize the change of the initial plan after adjustment is a difficult problem in the daily maintenance of freeway. This paper first designs the intelligent management system of expressway daily maintenance, then analyzes the main interference events encountered during the daily inspection of expressway, and designs the corresponding real-time scheduling strategy at the macro level. Including the same path strategy, proximity strategy, addition strategy and hybrid strategy. Based on the analysis and description of the original problem of the real-time dispatching model of expressway daily maintenance, the objective function of real-time scheduling is analyzed. This paper takes the driver and the highway management organization as the research object, establishes the corresponding disturbance measure function, assigns different weight to each goal, and establishes the objective function. Then a heuristic algorithm based on greedy algorithm and plug-in algorithm is designed to solve the real-time scheduling model of highway daily maintenance. Finally, the validity and validity of the heuristic algorithm are verified by solving an example. The real-time scheduling algorithm of expressway daily maintenance designed in this paper overcomes the preemptive and unreasonable defects of the traditional global optimization algorithm, and effectively reduces the interference brought by the interference events to the expressway daily maintenance system. The goal of deviation from the original plan and the minimum cost change are taken into account.
