集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運港口樞紐站運輸組織優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,各國之間、各地區(qū)之間的貿(mào)易往來日趨頻繁,給物流業(yè)和運輸業(yè)帶來了巨大的發(fā)展空間,多式聯(lián)運也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展。但海鐵聯(lián)運運輸量占多式聯(lián)運運輸量的比例并不高,在海鐵聯(lián)運的運輸鏈中,鐵路港站和港口是其中重要的節(jié)點,也是各種運輸方式,各種作業(yè)機(jī)械集結(jié)的地方,協(xié)調(diào)好港口樞紐站的運輸組織,可以有效的提高港站與港口的作業(yè)效率,使得海鐵聯(lián)運的整體運輸效率更高,充分發(fā)揮海鐵聯(lián)運優(yōu)勢。本文所做的工作主要有: (1)界定港口樞紐站的概念,并介紹了鐵路港站與港口的運輸組織問題以及港口樞紐站的作業(yè)流程,分析港口樞紐站的運輸組織; (2)在一定理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出港口樞紐站的運輸組織協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)容,分為作業(yè)組織管理協(xié)調(diào)、銜接問題、港站與港口的對接模式三個部分。 (3)運用PERT和CPM的方法研究港口樞紐站的作業(yè)流程協(xié)調(diào)問題,以集裝箱班列和集裝箱車流為主線畫出港口樞紐站的出口、進(jìn)口作業(yè)流程的網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,給出整個作業(yè)流程協(xié)調(diào)的關(guān)鍵線路,提出集裝箱在港口堆場堆存的時間是整個作業(yè)流程協(xié)調(diào)的關(guān)鍵; (4)建立集裝箱班列編組優(yōu)化的運輸組織多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型,在滿足集裝箱的需求量的基礎(chǔ)上,使得集裝箱在港停留時間最短,這樣使得港口樞紐站的運輸組織更加高效。 (5)最后以某港為例,運用集裝箱班列編組優(yōu)化的運輸組織多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型算出最優(yōu)的集裝箱編組內(nèi)容,驗證模型的實際效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the trade between countries and regions is becoming more and more frequent, which brings huge development space to logistics and transportation industry, and the multimodal transport also develops vigorously. However, the proportion of seaborne combined transport volume to multimodal transport volume is not high. In the transport chain of sea rail transport, railway port and port are the important nodes among them, and they are also places where various modes of transport and various kinds of operation machinery are assembled. Coordinating the transportation organization of port hub station can effectively improve the operation efficiency of port station and port, and make the overall transport efficiency of seaborne intermodal transport more efficient, and give full play to the advantages of seaborne combined transport. The main work done in this paper is as follows: 1) defining the concept of port hub station, introducing the transportation organization of railway port station and port, and the operation flow of port hub station, and analyzing the transportation organization of port hub station; On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the content of transportation organization and coordination of port hub station, which is divided into three parts: the coordination of operation organization and management, the problem of connection, and the mode of docking between port and port. 3) using PERT and CPM methods to study the problem of operation flow coordination of port hub station, drawing the network diagram of port hub station's exit and import operation flow with container train and container traffic as the main line. The key route of the coordination of the whole operation flow is given, and the time of storage of the container in the port yard is proposed as the key to the coordination of the whole operation flow. 4) establishing the multi-objective programming model of container transportation organization, which can make the container stay in port the shortest time on the basis of meeting the demand of container, and make the transportation organization of port hub station more efficient. Finally, taking a port as an example, the optimal container marshalling content is calculated by using the multi-objective programming model of container train formation optimization, and the practical effect of the model is verified.
