【摘要】:根據(jù)長江荊江航道整治特點,從荊江航道整治施工區(qū)危險源辨識、通航要素感知、多源監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)智能融合與安全管理決策等方面入手,提出荊江航道整治工程主動預控與應急處置、荊江航道整治施工區(qū)通航安全協(xié)同控制與保障、荊江航道整治工程監(jiān)控、荊江航道整治安全生產(chǎn)管控一體化管理平臺構(gòu)建等技術方案,為荊江航道整治工程安全生產(chǎn)與航道安全運行提供技術支持。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of Jingjiang waterway regulation of the Yangtze River, this paper starts with the identification of dangerous sources in the Jingjiang waterway regulation construction area, the perception of navigation elements, the intelligent fusion of multi-source monitoring data and the decision-making of safety management, etc. The paper puts forward the active pre-control and emergency disposal of Jingjiang waterway regulation project, the navigation safety cooperative control and guarantee of Jingjiang waterway regulation construction area, and the monitoring of Jingjiang waterway regulation project. In order to provide technical support for the safety production and operation of Jingjiang waterway regulation project, the construction of the integrated management platform of Jingjiang waterway regulation safety production management system provides technical support for the Jingjiang waterway regulation project.
