【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國(guó)旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)由世界旅游大國(guó)向旅游強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn)，旅游景區(qū)作為旅游行業(yè)的核心，已開始由過去傳統(tǒng)單一的接待模式向更加市場(chǎng)化、更加多元化和國(guó)際化方向轉(zhuǎn)型。我國(guó)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁，但在數(shù)量和規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的背后仍然存在許多問題，旅游旺季停車難問題就是其中之一。在旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃中，我國(guó)對(duì)景區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃的研究相對(duì)較少，一般僅僅重視旅游公路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)和車輛檔次的提高，忽略了其他因素造成的影響。因此，為解決旅游景區(qū)停車難的現(xiàn)狀，論文在結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)的探討了旅游景區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃的相關(guān)問題。筆者以目前困擾我國(guó)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的旅游景區(qū)停車?yán)щy問題為研究對(duì)象，就如何解決當(dāng)前旅游景區(qū)停車難這一現(xiàn)狀展開論述。 首先，明確旅游景區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃方法的相關(guān)理論，對(duì)旅游景區(qū)進(jìn)行分類，即根據(jù)旅游景區(qū)所在地理區(qū)位的不同將旅游景區(qū)分為城中型景區(qū)，城市郊區(qū)的景區(qū)（即城郊型景區(qū)），遠(yuǎn)離城鎮(zhèn)、位置較偏遠(yuǎn)的景區(qū)，確定研究城郊型景區(qū)的停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃方法。 其次，分析影響旅游需求與停車需求的影響因素，明確各個(gè)影響因素之間的關(guān)系，結(jié)合景區(qū)特性，合理選擇適合景區(qū)停車需求預(yù)測(cè)的模型。 再次，確定具有科學(xué)性、前瞻性、實(shí)用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)保性的旅游景區(qū)停車規(guī)劃方法。在明確景區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃步驟、規(guī)劃原則的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合旅游景區(qū)停車的季節(jié)性、波動(dòng)性特征，綜合考慮景區(qū)環(huán)境保護(hù)因素，論述了生態(tài)停車場(chǎng)和普通露天停車場(chǎng)的差異性，確定旅游景區(qū)停車場(chǎng)規(guī)劃在有條件的情況下應(yīng)首選生態(tài)停車場(chǎng)。 最后，以中山陵園風(fēng)景區(qū)為案例，分析了風(fēng)景區(qū)總體客流、停車等現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，在第二章總結(jié)了風(fēng)景區(qū)存在的停車問題，，并在案例中對(duì)存在的停車問題提出了緩解措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has moved from a world tourism power to a strong tourism country. As the core of the tourism industry, tourist attractions have begun to move from a traditional single reception mode to a more market-oriented one. A more diversified and international direction of transformation. The development of tourism industry in China is strong, but there are still many problems behind the expansion of quantity and scale, one of which is the difficulty of parking during the peak season of tourism. In the tourism development planning, the research on the parking lot planning of scenic spots in our country is relatively few. Generally, we only pay attention to the construction of the tourist road network and the improvement of the vehicle grade, and ignore the influence of other factors. Therefore, in order to solve the current situation of parking difficulties in tourist attractions, the paper systematically discusses the related problems of parking planning of tourist attractions on the basis of domestic and foreign research. This paper focuses on the problem of parking difficulty in scenic spots, which is currently perplexing the development of tourism industry in China, and discusses how to solve the current situation of parking difficulties in tourist scenic spots. First of all, make clear the related theory of the parking lot planning method, classify the scenic spot, that is, according to the different geographical location of the tourist spot, divide the scenic spot into the in-city type scenic spot, The parking lot planning method of suburban scenic spot is determined in this paper, which is far away from town and located in remote area. Secondly, it analyzes the influence factors of tourism demand and parking demand, clarifies the relationship between each factor, combines the characteristics of scenic spot, and reasonably selects the model suitable for parking demand prediction in scenic area. Third, determine the scientific, forward-looking, practical, economic, environmental protection of scenic spot parking planning method. On the basis of defining the planning steps and principles of parking in scenic spots, combining the seasonal and fluctuating characteristics of parking in tourist spots, considering the environmental protection factors of scenic spots, this paper discusses the differences between ecological parking and ordinary open-air parking. Determine the scenic spot parking planning in the case of conditions should be the preferred ecological parking. Finally, taking the Zhongshan Cemetery Scenic area as an example, this paper analyzes the overall passenger flow and parking status of the scenic area, summarizes the parking problem in the second chapter, and puts forward the mitigation measures to the existing parking problem in the case.
