集裝箱碼頭間集卡互拖業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:提高集裝箱碼頭各項細分業(yè)務(wù)的信息化服務(wù)水平,進而帶動集裝箱碼頭整體運營效率提升,具有重要而深遠的現(xiàn)實意義。目前,上海港已采用TPS(Tractor Paging SUB-System)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)完成港區(qū)內(nèi)碼頭的大部分水平運輸機械、裝卸機械的調(diào)度運營工作,但仍有部分業(yè)務(wù)未實現(xiàn)信息化調(diào)度運營,如集裝箱碼頭間互拖業(yè)務(wù)的集卡調(diào)度。集裝箱碼頭間集卡互拖業(yè)務(wù),即在同一港口中安排集卡,將一個碼頭的集裝箱運送到該港區(qū)其他碼頭的集裝箱調(diào)運業(yè)務(wù)。 產(chǎn)生集裝箱碼頭間集卡互拖業(yè)務(wù)的原因有二,其一是由于集裝箱被延誤運輸而被迫轉(zhuǎn)運至其他碼頭,需要安排集卡將其拖運至指定碼頭;其二是當(dāng)出現(xiàn)待裝同一船舶的集裝箱被分布在同一港區(qū)內(nèi),但位于不同碼頭堆場時,船公司及港口運營方為節(jié)約成本、減少船舶在港等待時間,會預(yù)先調(diào)配集卡將待運集裝箱調(diào)運到船舶?康拇a頭。 據(jù)統(tǒng)計,上海港每日人工完成的碼頭間集裝箱互拖業(yè)務(wù)箱量達300箱左右。不僅工作量大,人工調(diào)度還易出現(xiàn)集卡長距離空載、長時間等待等問題。本文將以優(yōu)化現(xiàn)階段集裝箱碼頭內(nèi)集卡互拖業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)度方法為研究目標(biāo),選定上海港外高橋四期集裝箱碼頭為工程實例。通關(guān)實地調(diào)研及相關(guān)研究,提出以Dijkstra算法為支撐,模糊綜合評判法為核心算法的碼頭間集裝箱互拖業(yè)務(wù)動態(tài)集卡調(diào)度模型。同時,,運用C++和Python語言,編寫符合集裝箱實例碼頭生產(chǎn)運營情況的智能化集裝箱互拖業(yè)務(wù)集卡調(diào)度程序。最后,對該程序的進行仿真模擬及程序演示,驗證了該調(diào)度模型及調(diào)度程序的實用性與有效性。
[Abstract]:It is of important and far-reaching practical significance to improve the information service level of various subdivision business of container terminal and to promote the overall operation efficiency of container terminal. At present, Shanghai Port has adopted TPS(Tractor Paging SUB-system to complete most of the horizontal transportation machinery and loading and unloading machinery in the terminal in the port area, but there are still parts of the business that have not realized the information dispatching operation. Such as container terminal inter-towing business card collection scheduling. Container terminal inter-container towing business, that is, in the same port in the arrangement of card collection, one terminal container to the other terminals in the port container transfer business. There are two reasons for the inter-container container terminal card towing business. One is that the containers have to be transferred to other terminals because of the delay in the transportation of the containers, and they need to be towed to the designated terminals by the collection cards. The second is that when containers for the same ship are distributed in the same port area, but located at different terminals, the shipping company and the port operators reduce the waiting time of the ship in port in order to save the cost. Advance card will be used to transfer the containers to the docking dock. According to statistics, Shanghai Port, the daily completion of inter-terminal container towing business volume of about 300 cases. Not only the workload but also the manual scheduling is easy to meet the problems of long-distance no-load and long-time waiting. In order to optimize the dispatching method of container terminal in the present stage, this paper selects Waigaoqiao stage 4 container terminal of Shanghai Port as an engineering example. Based on the field investigation and related research of customs clearance, a dynamic card gathering scheduling model of container towing service between terminals is proposed, which is based on Dijkstra algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At the same time, using C and Python language, the intelligent container towing business card scheduling program is compiled according to the production and operation of container terminal. Finally, the simulation and demonstration of the program are carried out to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the scheduling model and the scheduler.
