【摘要】：本文對水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層雙層連續(xù)攤鋪施工技術(shù)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究，結(jié)果表明雙層連續(xù)攤鋪施工技術(shù)對于提高公路施工的效率和路面的穩(wěn)定性具有顯著效果。提出了針對雙層連續(xù)攤鋪施工的質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)，分析了其施工特點(diǎn)，研究了相關(guān)的質(zhì)量控制策略。實(shí)踐證明，水泥穩(wěn)定粒料基層雙層聯(lián)鋪，具有強(qiáng)度高、水穩(wěn)定性好、整體性能好等許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這種施工方法可以在有限的工作面條件下，加快施工進(jìn)度，，提高基層施工質(zhì)量，降低不必要的養(yǎng)護(hù)等費(fèi)用，具有極其重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application of double-layer continuous paving construction technology of cement stabilized macadam base is studied. The results show that the double-layer continuous paving construction technology has remarkable effect on improving the efficiency of highway construction and the stability of road surface.This paper puts forward the quality control technology for double-layer continuous paving construction, analyzes its construction characteristics and studies the relevant quality control strategies.It has been proved by practice that the cement stabilized granular base layer has many advantages, such as high strength, good water stability, good overall performance and so on.This construction method can speed up the construction progress, improve the construction quality of the base course and reduce the unnecessary maintenance cost under the condition of limited working face. It has extremely significant economic and social benefits.
