獨(dú)塔斜拉橋施工控制及仿真分析

【摘要】:斜拉橋是一種橋面體系受彎壓,支撐體系受拉的橋梁,屬高次超靜定結(jié)構(gòu)。塔、索布置靈活多變,建筑造型豐富多彩。斜拉橋設(shè)計(jì)和施工難度大,施工工序?qū)蛄撼蓸蚓形及內(nèi)力狀態(tài)影響較大,因此斜拉橋的施工控制就成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。 本文介紹斜拉橋在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析斜拉橋的受力特點(diǎn)。簡要介紹施工控制理論。并以渦河三橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,介紹斜拉橋施工控制過程。建立MidasCivil全橋有限元模型,,根據(jù)施工過程進(jìn)行仿真模擬。研究施工工藝的改變對(duì)橋梁內(nèi)力和位移狀態(tài)的影響,分析施工變更的可行性。分析建模過程中掛籃荷載的等效方法,并對(duì)主梁最大懸臂狀態(tài)和成橋狀態(tài)的內(nèi)力和變形進(jìn)行分析。 通過對(duì)全橋模型中某些參數(shù)進(jìn)行改變,分析不同設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)橋梁成橋狀態(tài)的影響,辨別參數(shù)的敏感性。有助于在施工過程中對(duì)敏感參數(shù)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)把控,以確保橋梁成橋處于合理狀態(tài)。 建立Ansys空間有限元模型,模擬3#塊段牽引式掛籃的詳細(xì)施工過程,分析斜拉索多次張拉對(duì)0#~2#塊段的影響,以利于指導(dǎo)施工控制的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge with bridge deck system under bending pressure and support system under tension. It belongs to a high-order statically indeterminate structure. The tower, cable arrangement is flexible and changeable, the architectural form is rich and colorful, and the design and construction of cable-stayed bridge is difficult. The construction procedure has a great influence on the shape and internal force of the bridge, so the construction control of cable-stayed bridge has become an important research topic. This paper introduces the development of cable-stayed bridge at home and abroad, analyzes the stress characteristics of cable-stayed bridge, briefly introduces the construction control theory, and introduces the construction control process of cable-stayed bridge based on the third bridge of Zhuohe River. The finite element model of MidasCivil full-bridge is established. According to the simulation of the construction process, the influence of the construction technology on the internal force and displacement of the bridge is studied, the feasibility of the construction change is analyzed, and the equivalent method of the hanging basket load in the modeling process is analyzed. The internal force and deformation of the maximum cantilever state and the bridge state of the main beam are analyzed. By changing some parameters in the whole bridge model, the influence of different design parameters on the bridge state is analyzed, and the sensitivity of the parameters is distinguished, which is helpful to control the sensitive parameters in the construction process. To ensure that the bridge is in a reasonable state. The Ansys spatial finite element model is established to simulate the construction process of the drawing basket in the section of the 3# block, and the influence of the cable tension on the block section of #0 is analyzed in order to guide the implementation of the construction control.
