公路橋梁原位靜載試驗(yàn)影響因素分析

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)已經(jīng)建成各種形式的公路橋梁60多萬(wàn)座,在運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中,一些橋梁由于交通量、荷載、環(huán)境作用與自然老化等原因,已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前通行荷載的要求,需要通過荷載試驗(yàn)來判定其承載能力和使用性能(特別是對(duì)于原始資料不全的既有橋梁),并據(jù)此確定橋梁限載方案或加固改造方案。此外,荷載試驗(yàn)還可以檢驗(yàn)新建大型橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工質(zhì)量,為交竣工質(zhì)量鑒定提供準(zhǔn)確依據(jù)。但是,由于技術(shù)資料的缺乏、理論分析假設(shè)、試驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備性能、檢測(cè)人員素質(zhì)及試驗(yàn)環(huán)境等多種因素的影響,目前實(shí)際橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)往往得不到滿意的結(jié)果。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)公路橋梁承載能力檢測(cè)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要有《公路橋梁承載能力檢測(cè)評(píng)定規(guī)程》(JTG/TJ21-2011)及《大跨徑混凝土橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)的方法(1982版)》,前者對(duì)靜載試驗(yàn)的介紹過于籠統(tǒng),后者由于發(fā)布時(shí)間較早一直沒有更新版本,也不能滿足當(dāng)前荷載試驗(yàn)的需要。根據(jù)公路橋梁建設(shè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),公路橋梁靜載試驗(yàn)必將更廣泛的應(yīng)用,有關(guān)規(guī)范體系有待完善。目前由長(zhǎng)安大學(xué)主編的《公路橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》還在征求意見階段。本論文針對(duì)公路橋梁靜載試驗(yàn)全過程進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)靜載試驗(yàn)的三個(gè)階段,即試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備階段、加載和觀測(cè)階段以及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析總結(jié)階段,確定影響試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的各個(gè)因素,并進(jìn)一步分析各種影響因素的影響范圍,總結(jié)出不同橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)型式靜載試驗(yàn)的主要影響因素,為以后的靜載試驗(yàn)提供必要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累和理論補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:At present, more than 600,000 highway bridges of various forms have been built in our country. In the course of operation, some bridges can no longer meet the requirements of current traffic loads due to traffic volume, loads, environmental effects and natural aging. Load tests are required to determine their bearing capacity and service performance (especially for existing bridges with incomplete original data, and based on which a bridge load limit or reinforcement scheme is determined. In addition, Load test can also test the design and construction quality of the new large bridge structure, which provides an accurate basis for the quality appraisal of the completion of the bridge. However, due to the lack of technical data and the theoretical analysis hypothesis, the performance of the test instrument and equipment can be obtained. At present, the actual bridge load test is often not satisfied with the influence of many factors, such as the quality of the examiner and the test environment. In China, the current standards for testing and evaluating the load-bearing capacity of highway bridges are mainly JTG / TJ21-2011) and "method of load Test for Long-Span concrete Bridges" (1982). The former introduces static load test too generally. The latter has not been updated before the release time, and can not meet the needs of the current load test. According to the development trend of highway bridge construction, the static load test of highway bridge will be used more widely. The relevant specification system needs to be consummated. At present, the "Highway Bridge load Test procedure" edited by Chang'an University is still in the stage of soliciting opinions. This paper analyzes the whole process of highway bridge static load test. Combined with the three stages of the static load test of bridge structure, namely, the stage of test preparation, the stage of loading and observation, and the stage of analysis and summary of the test results, the factors influencing the test results are determined, and the influence range of the various factors is further analyzed. The main influencing factors of the static load test of different bridge structure types are summarized, which provide necessary experience accumulation and theoretical supplement for the later static load test.
