【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),物流需求的增大,對(duì)道路運(yùn)輸?shù)奶岢隽烁叩囊,由于傳統(tǒng)貨運(yùn)組織形式下實(shí)載率低、市場(chǎng)過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng),國家開始重視甩掛運(yùn)輸這一運(yùn)輸組織形式,期望通過甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)耐茝V來提高貨運(yùn)效率,整合貨物運(yùn)輸優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,培育規(guī);\(yùn)輸企業(yè),形成全國性的甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),為我國物流現(xiàn)代化、集約化作出貢獻(xiàn)。而甩掛運(yùn)輸運(yùn)營機(jī)理作為開展甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)母,?duì)其研究有助于從理論上指導(dǎo)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)拈_展。 論文將甩掛運(yùn)輸運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)看作一個(gè)有機(jī)整體,每一部分的配合都不可或缺,從甩掛運(yùn)輸基本概念,,組織形式,適宜條件,車輛設(shè)備等基本要素出發(fā),分析了甩掛運(yùn)輸賴以存在的道路貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng),從運(yùn)營網(wǎng)絡(luò)和運(yùn)輸信息平臺(tái)兩方面論述甩掛運(yùn)輸運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,又從傳統(tǒng)貨運(yùn)運(yùn)營機(jī)理出發(fā),結(jié)合甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),分析了甩掛運(yùn)營的經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)理、甩掛運(yùn)輸運(yùn)營主體的競(jìng)合機(jī)理,以及不同形勢(shì)下甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)呢涍\(yùn)組織、車輛調(diào)度和業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營機(jī)理。 從道路貨運(yùn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析道路貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)力結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)距結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)量結(jié)構(gòu),分析甩掛運(yùn)輸開展將會(huì)帶來的影響,在甩掛運(yùn)輸運(yùn)營網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇中,針對(duì)單/多中轉(zhuǎn)站軸輻網(wǎng)絡(luò)給出成本最小的目標(biāo)函數(shù)及其約束條件,提出遍歷性算法在路徑及網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選擇中的應(yīng)用;針對(duì)大型生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)及零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸兩種不同形式分別論述甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)倪\(yùn)營機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:With the growth of social economy and the increase of logistics demand, the demand for road transportation is higher. Due to the low real load rate and excessive market competition under the traditional freight transport organization, the state has begun to attach importance to the transport organization form, which is the transport form of "dump and hang". It is expected to improve the efficiency of freight transportation, integrate high quality resources for freight transportation, foster large-scale transport enterprises, form a nationwide transportation network, and provide a modern logistics system for our country. The operation mechanism of swing and hang transportation is the fundamental to carry out the transportation of swing and hang, and the research on it is helpful to guide the development of the transportation of swing and hang theoretically. The paper regards the transportation operation system as an organic whole, and the cooperation of each part is indispensable, starting from the basic concept, organization form, suitable condition, vehicle equipment and so on. This paper analyzes the existing road freight transportation market, discusses the structure of the transportation operation system from the aspects of operation network and transportation information platform, and proceeds from the operation mechanism of traditional freight transport, and combines the characteristics of dumping and hanging transportation. This paper analyzes the economic mechanism, the competing mechanism of the main body of the swinging and hanging transportation, and the freight organization, vehicle dispatching and business operation mechanism under different situations. Based on the current situation of road freight industry, this paper analyzes the market capacity structure, distance structure, market structure and volume structure of road freight transport market, and analyzes the influence that will be brought about by the development of dumping and hanging transportation. Aiming at the minimum cost objective function and its constraint condition of single / multiple transfer station axis-spoke network, the application of ergodicity algorithm in path and node selection is proposed. Aiming at the large production and manufacturing enterprises and the two different forms of cargo transportation, the operation mechanism of swing and hanging transport is discussed respectively.
