東戴河自行車體系規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今城市化快速發(fā)展的時代背景下,城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)與城市生態(tài)環(huán)境正在快速變遷著,在科技、社會、人文的進(jìn)步過程中,人們越來越追求生活品質(zhì)的提升,綠色交通、零碳出行是時代的主題。我們的交通系統(tǒng)變化影響著我們的通勤文化和出行方式,自行車出行方式漸漸回到人們的視野,本文描述了城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)變化帶來的出行方式演變,評估交通系統(tǒng)變化時對自行車出行的影響因素考慮,,通過實例和文獻(xiàn)分析總結(jié)出城市內(nèi)自行車出行的收益和成本關(guān)系。 城市內(nèi)騎自行車有多種益處,包括滿足基本的出行、通勤需求,還能滿足節(jié)省消費者經(jīng)濟成本、減低社會成本、高效利用土地空間、是社區(qū)更宜居、提高大眾健康水平、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和有助于實現(xiàn)社會公平目標(biāo)。當(dāng)前的交通規(guī)劃實踐往往低估自行車出行交通方式的價值,更多的綜合分析方法能夠促使大眾支持和改善現(xiàn)有的自行車出行規(guī)劃。 文章在通過自行車相關(guān)理論分析后,提出城市自行車體系的概念,將理論體系應(yīng)用于東戴河濱海新城,構(gòu)建城市自行車體系,深入研究自行車體系的推廣策略和前瞻性戰(zhàn)略性城市設(shè)計。該系統(tǒng)與東戴河城市公共空間、城市功能節(jié)點、公園綠地等場地接駁與城市機動車道分離,形成一套獨立的自行車交通系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),保證自行車能快速通勤的同時也具有休閑、娛樂功能,推廣策略和前瞻性戰(zhàn)略性自行車體系城市設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of urbanization, urban spatial structure and urban ecological environment are changing rapidly. In the progress of science and technology, society and humanities, people are more and more seeking to improve the quality of life, green transportation, Zero carbon travel is the theme of the times. The change of our transportation system affects our commuting culture and travel mode, and the bicycle travel mode gradually comes back to people's view. This paper describes the evolution of travel mode brought about by the change of urban spatial structure. Considering the influence factors of bicycle travel when evaluating the change of transportation system, the relationship between income and cost of bicycle travel in city is summarized through the analysis of examples and literature. Cycling in cities has many benefits, including meeting basic travel, commuting needs, saving consumers' economic costs, reducing social costs, making efficient use of land space, making communities more livable and improving public health. The current traffic planning practices tend to underestimate the value of bicycle travel modes, and more comprehensive analysis methods can encourage the public to support and improve the existing bicycle travel planning. Based on the analysis of bicycle theory, the concept of urban bicycle system is put forward, and the theory system is applied to Dongdaihe Binhai New City to construct the urban bicycle system. Deeply study the promotion strategy and prospective strategic urban design of bicycle system. The system is separated from the public space, function node, park green space and urban motor-lane in Dongdaihe city. Form an independent bicycle traffic system network to ensure that bicycles can commute quickly and also have leisure, entertainment, promotion strategies and forward-looking strategic bicycle system urban design.
