獨柱墩曲線梁橋的抗傾覆與加固設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模的不斷擴大,使得交通量也越來越大,,城市建設(shè)用地非常昂貴。因此,獨柱墩曲線梁橋以其線條流暢、造型美觀、占地面積小、工程造價低等多種優(yōu)點得到了越來越多設(shè)計者的親睞,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于城市橋梁的建設(shè)中。但由于對獨柱墩曲線梁橋的獨特受力特性缺乏足夠的認(rèn)識,在工程實踐中經(jīng)常發(fā)生事故。因此,對這類橋梁的抗傾覆研究與加固設(shè)計是十分重要和緊迫的。本論文是以河北省某橋為實例,對獨柱墩曲線梁橋的受力特性、加固設(shè)計原理及方法進行了研究分析。本文主要研究的工作和主要成果如下: 1、介紹了關(guān)于獨柱墩曲線梁橋的受力特性及計算方法。 2、闡述了橋梁常用加固技術(shù)的一般原則和加固方法,為獨柱墩曲線梁橋的加固計算提供理論依據(jù)。 3、根據(jù)獨柱墩曲線梁橋計算理論和數(shù)值計算方法,采用MIDAS/Civil有限元分析軟件建立力學(xué)模型,分析橋梁的模態(tài)、周期陣型、支座反力、抗傾覆能力,以及造成橫向傾覆的原因是橋梁的扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度小。 4、介紹了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加固的計算理論、方法。根據(jù)橋梁的自身的結(jié)構(gòu)和受力情況,選擇合適的有所創(chuàng)新的加固方案,并進行了加固計算。 5、對加固方案進行驗算,并對橋梁加固前后的支座反力、模態(tài)、周期陣型、抗傾覆能力進行對比分析。可以看出通過加固,加固后橋梁剛度提高,橫向抗傾覆能力提高,結(jié)構(gòu)更加安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economic construction and the continuous expansion of the city scale, the traffic volume is increasing and the land for urban construction is very expensive. Therefore, the curved girder bridge with single column pier has smooth lines, beautiful shape and small area. Many advantages, such as low engineering cost, have been favored by more and more designers and widely used in the construction of urban bridges. However, due to the lack of sufficient understanding of the unique mechanical characteristics of curved beam bridges with single column piers, Accidents often occur in engineering practice. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to study the overturning resistance and reinforce design of this kind of bridge. This paper takes a bridge in Hebei Province as an example to study the mechanical characteristics of curved girder bridge with single column pier. The principle and method of reinforcement design are studied and analyzed. The main work and main results of this paper are as follows:. 1. The stress characteristics and calculation method of curved beam bridge with single column pier are introduced. 2. The general principles and methods of strengthening bridge are expounded, which provide theoretical basis for strengthening calculation of curved beam bridge with single column pier. 3. According to the calculation theory and numerical method of curved beam bridge with single column pier, the mechanical model is established by using MIDAS/Civil finite element analysis software, and the modal, periodic formation, bearing reaction force and capsize resistance of the bridge are analyzed. And the reason of lateral overturning is that the torsional stiffness of the bridge is small. 4. The calculation theory and method of steel structure reinforcement are introduced. According to the structure and force situation of the bridge, a suitable and innovative reinforcement scheme is selected, and the reinforcement calculation is carried out. 5. Check and calculate the reinforcement scheme, and compare and analyze the support reaction force, mode, periodic formation and capsizing ability before and after reinforcement. It can be seen that after strengthening, the stiffness of the strengthened bridge is improved, and the lateral capsize resistance is improved. The structure is safer.
