【摘要】：復(fù)合式土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤(pán)對(duì)復(fù)合地層的適應(yīng)性決定了施工的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。由于刀盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)的多樣性以及施工環(huán)境的復(fù)雜多變性,不同類(lèi)型的刀盤(pán)在應(yīng)對(duì)不同地層時(shí),其綜合性能表現(xiàn)不一,目前仍缺少對(duì)其綜合性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的有效方法。在考慮刀盤(pán)性能影響因素多層次、多方面和相關(guān)聯(lián)性的基礎(chǔ)上,從刀盤(pán)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能、刀具布置性能、力學(xué)性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全可靠性和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性等方面,建立刀盤(pán)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)刀盤(pán)遞階層次結(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)模型特點(diǎn),提出一種基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)與評(píng)價(jià)理論,以模糊層次分析法計(jì)算刀盤(pán)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)和模糊優(yōu)劣解距離決策法對(duì)刀盤(pán)進(jìn)行綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)的方法。結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙某地鐵施工標(biāo)段地質(zhì)條件,選取四種常見(jiàn)的復(fù)合式土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤(pán)方案,進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)確定最終方案,并通過(guò)工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證本方法的合理性和有效性,為施工過(guò)程中的刀盤(pán)方案選型決策提供一種新方法。
[Abstract]:The adaptability of the cutter head of the composite earth pressure balance shield machine to the composite stratum determines the safety and economy of the construction. Because of the diversity of the cutter head structure and the complex variability of the construction environment, different types of cutters deal with different strata. Its comprehensive performance is different, and there is still a lack of effective method to evaluate its comprehensive performance. On the basis of considering the factors affecting the performance of the cutter head, such as multi-level, multi-aspect and correlation, the structural performance of the cutter head and the performance of the tool arrangement are considered. In the aspects of mechanical performance, economy, safety and reliability, and environmental adaptability, the evaluation index system of cutter head performance is established. According to the characteristics of hierarchical structure evaluation model of cutter head, a new method based on fuzzy mathematics and evaluation theory is proposed. The index weight of cutter head is calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the comprehensive performance of cutter head is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy solution distance decision method. Four common cutter-head schemes of composite earth pressure balance shield machine are selected to evaluate and determine the final scheme, and the rationality and effectiveness of this method are verified by an engineering example, which provides a new method for the selection and decision of cutter head scheme in the process of construction.
