黃土填料CBR值的影響因素及其規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:黃土地區(qū)通常將黃土作為路基填料填筑路基,黃土路基的穩(wěn)定性很大程度上決定了道路的工作性能和運營狀況。CBR作為柔性路面設計的重要參數(shù)和作為路基填料強度的指標對于道路的影響顯得尤為重要,,目前對于CBR值的選取通常都采用統(tǒng)一的標準,這明顯與實際情況有區(qū)別,如能結(jié)合各地區(qū)的氣候條件合理的的選取CBR值對道路的設計和修筑具有重大的意義。 為了研究CBR值在不同影響因素作用下的變化規(guī)律,本文以甘肅孔家塬和陜西石家莊黃土剖面所取的黃土為研究對象,通過CBR室內(nèi)試驗對兩個剖面的黃土樣CBR值的影響因素作了研究。利用二次正交回歸試驗設計方法對石家莊剖面黃土樣進行研究,設計了CBR值在不同壓實度、不同含水量以及不同浸水時間作用下三因素四水平的正交試驗,根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果得出了CBR值在三個因素作用下的二次正交回歸公式,通過對回歸公式的分析,得出了黃土CBR值在單因素和多因素作用下的變化規(guī)律。對兩個剖面的黃土樣進行了一定次數(shù)(分別進行1、3、5、7、10次)的凍融循環(huán)作用,試驗試件在最佳含水量條件下進行標準重型擊實,通過試驗研究得出了試件表面狀況變化情況、凍融作用后試件浸水前后CBR值的變化規(guī)律以及試件凍融過后內(nèi)部含水量的變化規(guī)律。通過試驗結(jié)果分析得出了CBR在各個因素作用下的變化規(guī)律,對于黃土分布區(qū)路基的設計和施工具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Loess is usually used as subgrade filler to fill the roadbed in loess area. To a great extent, the stability of loess subgrade determines the working performance and operation condition of road. CBR, as an important parameter in the design of flexible pavement and as an index of the strength of subgrade filler, is especially important for the influence of road. At present, a unified standard is usually adopted for the selection of CBR value, which is obviously different from the actual situation. For example, it is of great significance to design and build roads by selecting the CBR value combining with the climatic conditions of various regions. In order to study the variation of CBR value under the influence of different factors, the loess in the loess section of Kongjia Plateau and Shijiazhuang, Shaanxi Province is taken as the research object in this paper. The influencing factors of CBR value of loess samples from two sections were studied by CBR laboratory test. The loess samples of Shijiazhuang section were studied by quadratic orthogonal regression test, and the CBR values were designed in different compaction degrees. According to the results of orthogonal experiments with three factors and four levels under different water content and different soaking time, the quadratic orthogonal regression formula of CBR value under the action of three factors is obtained, and the regression formula is analyzed. The variation law of loess CBR value under the action of single factor and multiple factors is obtained. The freezing and thawing cycles of loess samples in two sections are given for a certain number of times (1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 7 / 10 respectively). The standard heavy compaction was carried out under the optimum water content, and the change of the surface condition of the specimen was obtained through the experimental study. After freezing and thawing, the variation law of CBR value and internal water content after freezing and thawing were obtained. Through the analysis of test results, the variation law of CBR under the action of various factors was obtained. It has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of subgrade in loess distribution area.
