【摘要】：為探索大型船隊整體規(guī)劃實用技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向,明確設(shè)計船舶運力配置優(yōu)化方法的目標(biāo)及擬解決關(guān)鍵技術(shù),系統(tǒng)歸納了船隊規(guī)劃理論研究方法,并結(jié)合典型實際案例,對比分析已提出優(yōu)化技術(shù)的特征、適用范圍及應(yīng)用效果等。通過分析得出,實踐領(lǐng)域尚缺乏可以指導(dǎo)制定多航線、多船型大型船隊整體規(guī)劃的科學(xué)決策方法,建議結(jié)合不同運輸組織方式的應(yīng)用特征,綜合運用運輸經(jīng)濟、組織優(yōu)化及決策科學(xué)等多學(xué)科前沿理論與方法開發(fā)科學(xué)高效、實用性強的通用求解方法。最后,結(jié)合近10年航運領(lǐng)域的變化趨勢,分析客觀實踐需求,提出開發(fā)大型船隊整體規(guī)劃實用技術(shù)的研究目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the development direction of the practical technology for the overall planning of the large fleet, to clarify the objectives of the optimization method for the design of ship capacity and the key technologies to be solved, this paper systematically summarizes the theoretical research methods of the fleet planning, and combines with typical practical cases. Comparative analysis has put forward the characteristics, application scope and application effect of optimization technology. Through analysis, it is concluded that there is still a lack of scientific decision method to guide the overall planning of multi-route and multi-ship large fleet in the practical field. It is suggested that combining with the application characteristics of different transportation organization modes, comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary frontier theories and methods, such as transportation economy, organization optimization and decision science, be used to develop a scientific, efficient and practical general solution method. Finally, Combined with the change trend of shipping field in recent 10 years, this paper analyzes the objective practical demand, and puts forward the research goal of developing the practical technology for the whole planning of large fleet.
