【摘要】：為了明確瀝青組分等各因素對黏度的影響關系,測試了10種瀝青結合料4組分及黏度試驗數(shù)據(jù),利用灰關聯(lián)方法分析了瀝青質、芳香分、飽和分、膠質、膠質與瀝青質含量之和、膠質與瀝青質含量之比等因素對瀝青135℃和100℃下黏度的灰關聯(lián)度排序結果.結果表明,將灰關聯(lián)方法用于分析各瀝青組成成分因素對135℃和100℃下的黏度影響能獲得較好的結果.各影響因素對瀝青135℃黏度影響程度的排序由大到小依次為:膠質、芳香分、飽和分、膠質與瀝青質含量之和、膠質與瀝青質含量之比、瀝青質.膠質含量對兩個溫度的瀝青黏度均具有較高的影響程度,瀝青質含量影響程度較低.分析表明,膠質含量、膠質與瀝青質含量之和對瀝青在較高溫度下的黏度和施工過程中的技術性能具有重要影響.
[Abstract]:In order to find out the influence of asphalt components on viscosity, four components and viscosity test data of 10 kinds of bituminous binders were tested, and asphaltene, aromatics, saturated fraction and colloid were analyzed by grey correlation method. The results show that the sum of resin and asphaltene content, the ratio of resin to asphaltene content and other factors rank the viscosity of asphalt at 135 鈩，
