【摘要】:本文以曹妃甸礦石碼頭2期鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機為研究對象,對鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機的現(xiàn)狀,基本原理進行了闡述,,并結(jié)合鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機生產(chǎn)過程中的故障實例,對鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機故障分析排除以及可靠性管理進行了深入的分析和研究,并提出提高鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機可靠性措施。 首先介紹了曹妃甸礦石碼頭鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機的基本情況,以及鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。以曹妃甸礦石碼頭鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機為背景,闡述了鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機主要設(shè)備及基本原理,重點對液壓系統(tǒng)進行了詳細(xì)介紹。 俯仰機構(gòu)液壓系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常在作業(yè)中報高低壓故障,嚴(yán)重影響了設(shè)備的可靠性,為提高鏈斗機的生產(chǎn)效率,重點對液壓系統(tǒng),物料輸送系統(tǒng)和安全保護系統(tǒng)的典型故障的現(xiàn)象、處理過程進行了介紹,并對故障產(chǎn)生的原因以及處理措施進行了深入的研究分析,且對改造所產(chǎn)生的效益和結(jié)果進行分析。 最后從提高鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機可靠性和管理的角度出發(fā),對鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機使用階段的可靠性管理、人的可靠性管理兩個方面進行了研究分析,結(jié)合曹妃甸礦石碼頭生產(chǎn)實踐,提出了一系列的改進意見。 通過鏈斗式連續(xù)卸船機設(shè)備故障排除和可靠性管理研究對提高設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)率、維護管理水平和應(yīng)用水平具有重要意義,同時提高公司整體的經(jīng)濟效益創(chuàng)造了前提條件。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Caofeidian Ore Wharf Phase 2 chain bucket continuous ship unloader as the research object, and expounds the current situation and basic principle of chain bucket continuous ship unloader. Combined with the failure example in the production process of chain bucket continuous ship unloader, the fault analysis and troubleshooting and reliability management of chain bucket continuous ship unloader are deeply analyzed and studied. The measures to improve the reliability of chain bucket continuous ship unloader are put forward. This paper first introduces the basic situation of the chain bucket type continuous ship unloader in Caofeidian ore wharf, and the development of the chain bucket type continuous ship unloader at home and abroad, taking the Caofeidian ore wharf chain bucket continuous ship unloader as the background. The main equipment and basic principle of chain bucket type continuous ship unloader are expounded, and the hydraulic system is introduced in detail. The pitching mechanism hydraulic system often reports the high and low pressure faults in the work, which seriously affects the reliability of the equipment. In order to improve the production efficiency of the chain hopper, the emphasis is on the hydraulic system. This paper introduces the typical failure phenomenon of material conveying system and safety protection system, and introduces the treatment process, and makes a thorough research and analysis on the causes of the failure and the treatment measures. The benefits and results of the transformation are analyzed. Finally, from the point of improving the reliability and management of the chain bucket type continuous ship unloader, the reliability management and human reliability management of the chain bucket type continuous ship unloader are studied and analyzed. Combined with the production practice of Caofeidian ore wharf, a series of suggestions for improvement are put forward. It is of great significance to improve the productivity of the equipment, maintain the management level and the application level through the research of troubleshooting and reliability management of the chain bucket continuous ship unloader. At the same time, improve the overall economic efficiency of the company to create a prerequisite.
