【摘要】:移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)也稱造橋機(jī),是一種自帶模板,利用承臺(tái)或墩柱作為支承,對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆筑的施工機(jī)械。移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、形式多樣,特別是隨著施工跨度和寬度的增大,其結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、剛度及穩(wěn)定性的設(shè)計(jì)和控制較為復(fù)雜,F(xiàn)澆混凝土箱梁線形影響因素比較多,其中移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)主梁產(chǎn)生的撓度對(duì)線形的影響最為顯著。因此移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)的有限元仿真計(jì)算,對(duì)保證施工的安全性和現(xiàn)澆混凝土箱梁的線形都具有很好的使用價(jià)值。 本文以某公司生產(chǎn)的MSS50移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,,利用大型有限元分析軟件ANSYS,結(jié)合實(shí)際工況建立其有限元模型,對(duì)施工過(guò)程中移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)的澆筑和過(guò)孔工況進(jìn)行有限元仿真。利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)澆筑工況下的主梁、牛腿結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性分析,計(jì)算出各澆筑工況下主梁產(chǎn)生的撓度。另外對(duì)移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)過(guò)孔時(shí)的抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析過(guò)孔工況下主梁、鼻梁、牛腿結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、剛度以及穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)有限元的分析計(jì)算,來(lái)驗(yàn)算移動(dòng)模架系統(tǒng)施工中的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性,同時(shí)為控制現(xiàn)澆混凝土箱梁的線形提供數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Mobile mould frame system, also called bridge maker, is a kind of construction machinery with its own formwork, which uses the cap or pier column as the support to build the bridge on the spot. The mobile mould frame system has complex structure and various forms. Especially, with the increase of construction span and width, the design and control of structural strength, stiffness and stability are more complicated. There are many factors affecting the alignment of cast-in-place concrete box girder. The deflection produced by the main beam of the moving die frame system has the most significant effect on the alignment, so the finite element simulation calculation of the mobile die frame system is carried out. It has good use value to ensure the safety of construction and the line shape of cast-in-place concrete box girder. In this paper, the MSS50 mobile mold frame system produced by a company is taken as the research object, and the finite element model is established by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYSand combining with the actual working conditions. The finite element simulation is carried out on the construction process of the moving die frame system. The strength and stiffness of the main beam and the corbel structure under the construction condition are carried out by using ANSYS software. Stability analysis, calculation of the deflection of the main beam under various pouring conditions. In addition, the anti-overturning stability of the moving die frame system is calculated, and the strength of the main beam, nose beam and corbel structure under the over-hole condition is analyzed. Stiffness and stability. By finite element analysis and calculation, the structural safety in the construction of moving mould frame system is checked and the data are provided for the control of the line shape of cast-in-place concrete box girder.
