【摘要】:油罐運(yùn)輸車是一種常用的石油制品運(yùn)輸工具。由于油罐車在運(yùn)輸途中監(jiān)管不力,油品的人為損失嚴(yán)重,給石油公司帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。如何加強(qiáng)油罐車運(yùn)輸?shù)谋O(jiān)管,已經(jīng)成了石油公司亟待解決的問題。針對傳統(tǒng)的油罐車監(jiān)管方法成本高、精度低和實(shí)時(shí)性差等缺點(diǎn),本論文提出了一套油罐車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。該系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成,分別是遠(yuǎn)程控制中心和車載設(shè)備。本論文主要針對車載設(shè)備中的車載主控單元進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 本論文主要針對車載主控單元的總體系統(tǒng)、硬件電路、軟件流程和機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對最終的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試驗(yàn)證。 在系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)部分,對油罐車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的組成,車載主控單元與系統(tǒng)各部分的連接關(guān)系做了說明,探討了主控單元的整體硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件狀態(tài)機(jī)模型。 在硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分,首先對車載主控單元的整體硬件做了詳細(xì)規(guī)劃,,選用ST公司的STM32F103VB作為主控芯片。并分別對遠(yuǎn)程通信模塊、驅(qū)動(dòng)單元通信模塊、人機(jī)接口模塊、GPS定位模塊、傾角檢測模塊、信息存儲模塊和電源模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),探討了各模塊的器件選型。 在軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分,對主控單元進(jìn)行軟件功能需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了基于嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-II的應(yīng)用層軟件。本文將主控單元的應(yīng)用層軟件劃分為4個(gè)任務(wù),分析了每個(gè)任務(wù)的功能和各任務(wù)之間的關(guān)系。 在系統(tǒng)測試部分,闡述了車載主控單元軟件的黑盒測試、白盒測試原理和步驟,并對車載主控單元進(jìn)行了模擬測試,驗(yàn)證了其有效性和可靠性。 論文最后對車載主控單元的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了設(shè)計(jì)中的不足之處,并通過分析給出了改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:Tank truck is a commonly used vehicle for transporting petroleum products. Because of the poor supervision of oil tanker during transportation, the artificial loss of oil product is serious. Oil companies have brought huge economic losses. How to strengthen the regulation of tanker transportation has become an urgent problem for oil companies. Because of the shortcomings of low precision and poor real time, this paper puts forward a design scheme of remote monitoring system for oil tanker. The system is composed of two parts. This paper mainly focuses on the design of the vehicle main control unit in the vehicle equipment. In this paper, the overall system, hardware circuit, software flow and mechanism of the main control unit are designed, and the final system is tested and verified. In the part of the overall design of the system, the composition of the remote monitoring system and the connection between the main control unit and each part of the system are explained. The overall hardware design and software state machine model of the main control unit are discussed. In the part of hardware design, the whole hardware of the vehicle main control unit is planned in detail, and the STM32F103VB of St company is selected as the main control chip. The driving unit communication module, man-machine interface module, GPS positioning module, inclination detection module, information storage module and power supply module are designed, and the device selection of each module is discussed. In the part of software design, the software functional requirements of the main control unit are analyzed. The application layer software based on embedded operating system 渭 C / OS-II is designed. In this paper, the application layer software of the main control unit is divided into four tasks, and the relationship between each task and the function of each task is analyzed. In the part of system testing, the black box test, the white box test principle and the steps of the on-board master control unit software are described. The simulation test of the vehicle main control unit is carried out to verify its validity and reliability. Finally, the paper summarizes the design of the main control unit, points out the shortcomings of the design, and gives the improvement scheme through analysis.
