AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金的高溫摩擦磨損性能

【摘要】:AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金因其優(yōu)異的綜合力學(xué)性能而有望成為新一代高溫結(jié)構(gòu)材料,但對其高溫摩擦磨損性能的研究還較為少見.本文中應(yīng)用放電等離子燒結(jié)(SPS)技術(shù)制備了AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金,研究了其顯微組織和力學(xué)性能,系統(tǒng)地考察了其在室溫至800℃時的摩擦磨損性能.結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)用SPS技術(shù)制備的AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金主要由FCC相、無序BCC相和少量有序BCC相組成;呈網(wǎng)格狀分布的FCC相使高熵合金具有良好的塑性和韌性,而呈等軸狀分布的BCC相賦予了高熵合金優(yōu)異的強(qiáng)度;高熵合金室溫至800℃時的摩擦系數(shù)在0.43~0.51之間,磨損率低于10 5mm3/(N·m).室溫至中溫階段主要為磨粒磨損,中溫至高溫階段的磨損機(jī)制為磨粒磨損、黏著磨損和塑性變形綜合作用.高溫下高熵合金表面形成了一層主要由為Al2O3和Cr2O3組成的氧化物膜,在一定程度上起到抗磨作用.
