磨料水射流噴丸對(duì)滲碳GDL-1鋼表面完整性及疲勞性能的影響

【摘要】:為研究后混合磨料水射流噴丸對(duì)滲碳后GDL-1鋼表面完整性及疲勞性能的影響規(guī)律,利用X射線應(yīng)力衍射儀、粗糙度儀、顯微硬度儀、金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡等分析了水射流噴丸強(qiáng)化對(duì)試樣表面殘余應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、粗糙度、硬度、形貌、組織的變化規(guī)律,并用升降法測(cè)定了拋光及拋光+水噴丸兩種狀態(tài)下滲碳GDL-1鋼拉壓疲勞性能。結(jié)果表明:試樣經(jīng)水噴丸處理后,表面粗糙度有所增加,并且有磨料撞擊形成的小凹坑及在表面殘留有玻璃磨料,但同時(shí)表層脫碳層大部分被去除,硬度得到顯著提升、殘留奧氏體含量降低,晶粒得到細(xì)化,并且在表面形成一定深度的殘余壓應(yīng)力層。經(jīng)水噴丸處理的試樣,其較未經(jīng)水噴丸的疲勞極限提高了19%,且疲勞源全部在遠(yuǎn)離表面接近1/2R位置形成,這說明水射流噴丸在表層產(chǎn)生的高殘余壓應(yīng)力和晶粒細(xì)化可以顯著提高滲碳鋼的疲勞性能。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of mixed abrasive water jet shot peening on the surface integrity and fatigue properties of GDL-1 steel after carburization, the changes of residual stress field, roughness, hardness, morphology and microstructure on the surface of GDL-1 steel were analyzed by means of X-ray stress diffractometer, roughness meter, microhardness meter, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The tensile and compressive fatigue properties of carburized GDL-1 steel under polishing and polishing water shot peening were measured by lifting method. The results show that after water shot peening treatment, the surface roughness of the sample increases, and there are small pits formed by abrasive impact and glass abrasive on the surface, but at the same time, most of the decarbonization layer on the surface is removed, the hardness is significantly increased, the retained Austenite content is decreased, the grain is refined, and a certain depth residual compressive stress layer is formed on the surface. The fatigue limit of the samples treated by water shot peening is 19% higher than that of the samples without water shot peening, and all the fatigue sources are formed at a position close to 1 鈮,
