pH值及溫度對(duì)AZ31鎂合金化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金性能的影響

【摘要】:采用電化學(xué)技術(shù)等試驗(yàn)方法,研究了鍍液p H值及溫度對(duì)AZ31鎂合金化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金鍍層的鍍速、孔隙率、點(diǎn)滴腐蝕試驗(yàn)時(shí)間、腐蝕電位、腐蝕電流和交流阻抗的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)鍍液pH值為7時(shí),AZ31鎂合金化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金鍍層的沉積速率最大,為8.48μm/h,顯微硬度高(250 kgf/mm~2),孔隙率為0個(gè)/cm~2,Na Cl點(diǎn)滴腐蝕試驗(yàn)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),為90 s,腐蝕電流密度小,為0.177 m A/cm~2,腐蝕電位最大,為-1.015 V。當(dāng)鍍液溫度為75℃時(shí),鍍層的沉積速率大,耐蝕性能好。鍍層包狀物顆粒均勻、緊密、無(wú)缺陷。
[Abstract]:The effects of bath pH value and temperature on the plating rate, porosity, droplet corrosion test time, corrosion potential, corrosion current and AC impedance of AZ31 magnesium alloy electroless plating Ni-P alloy coating were studied by electrochemical technique.
