【摘要】：針對(duì)某焊接車架結(jié)構(gòu)的斷裂問(wèn)題,借助于Optistruct平臺(tái)構(gòu)建了車架結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元仿真模型,進(jìn)行了車架結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力學(xué)分析,研究了焊接車架斷裂的原因。根據(jù)仿真分析的結(jié)果,優(yōu)化了車架的結(jié)構(gòu),降低了扭轉(zhuǎn)工況下車架結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力,解決了車架結(jié)構(gòu)的斷裂問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In view of the fracture problem of a welded frame structure, the finite element simulation model of the frame structure is constructed with the help of Optistruct platform, the statics analysis of the frame structure is carried out, and the reason of the fracture of the welded frame structure is studied. According to the results of simulation analysis, the frame structure is optimized, the stress of the frame structure is reduced under the torsional condition, and the fracture problem of the frame structure is solved.
